+ -1 moreLauren Lessey - apparently the owners wife, told us that she is currently living in Armageddon after Hurricane Ian in response to why a quote that was not prepared. As a post catastrophe restoration company as well, we understand what this area is going through as ourselves and our crews have been there since the day after the storm. Not only was she incredibly rude, she hung up on us multiple times. She even offered to email us our quote after never giving her an email address. Not to mention that while her office staff explained they are not concerned with our commercial project because they are fixing "gaping holes in people's houses", they don't even realize that the people they are speaking to have family and loved ones who lost everything in that storm. It is okay to tell us to wait, it is not okay to be unprofessional and rude. Not to mention the reviews speak for themselves.

+ -1 moreDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NICE PRODUCT TERRIBLE SERVICE. There was no porblem at first. The glass door and enclosure came and installed. It look beautiful. However, I noticed two small chips on a small glass panal. I called and emailed about the issue. After several attempts they responded and said they would replace the glass. Three weeks later, there still was no response or communication. This process began in March 2021 and it is now the end of June. Finally, after waiting three month the panal arrived. It too was scratched and had to be replaced. I waited two weeks for a response and called the company. Again, it took several attemps to get to them because they do not call back. I called today, June 21 and once again expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for some reslove. I did not shout but I was firm. Apparently, the staff member had just gotten to work and did not want a problem so early. She put me through to a man. I explained the problem again and he began to shout that I was not to speak to his staff with disrespect. I said I was not disrespectful nor loud nor nasty. I spoke in a calm manner. At that point he told me to go F>>k myself. That's right. He said those exact words. I am now on my way to small claims court.

Description of Work: They created a glass enclosure for our shower. |1) Office manager assumes the customer understands the glass business and does not always explain all aspects of the transaction in layman terms. If you use this company ask questions and get details with every detail in writing. |2) When they say that it will take "an extended time" to get the glass pieces from the glass company they mean 2-3 weeks or more. They now have an disclaimer on their invoice that explains that but didn't when we started working with them. |3) With the first installation the glass enclosure had 1 inch gaps between the door and the other pieces. Pieces of glass were jigsawed into place and fitting was poor. |4) I went to them with photos after the initial installation and they eventually sent out their "lead installer" who evaluated the first installation and said that to make it right they would have to redo the entire job. He remeasured the job and a few weeks later, when the new glass came in, they pulled the first installation out and completely redid the job. | |We are very happy with the professionalism and quality of work of the "lead installer" team. If their office manager and the team who measured and installed the first attempt would take lessons from them this job would have been done right the first time and would probably receive an "A". The final results of the second installation was excellent and all pieces fit perfectly. However, it took over two months from the day the job was first measured until they finished the last, correct, installation.

+ 2 morePrice is very reasonable and the people are very nice. However Theither office is unorganized. Consequently, teyes do not ask the customer proper questions to insure the mirror is ready to be installed. Then they ordered the wrong glass for the door. So it took along time to get the job completed.install was wonderful and very professional.
