The entire project was perfect. The team was excellent, Jose was on site every day and made sure everything was done to our expectation. We could not have asked for a better result.

Very smooth, and was kept informed of the progress (including photos) as I was away from the job site. Very competitive price, too!

Excellent in every way. Quick call back, came following week, knew his work so well he could give us a quote on the spot. We had a tight time frame , he said he'd have it done and DID. He had the manpower (nice, thorough guys) and heavy equipment to do the substantial job. Gorgeous workmanship, difficult slope to cement in edging stone. Without us knowing the importance, he raised the driveway so road runoff did not muddy it, put a beautiful walkway from paved area to base of front stairs. All our neighbors stopped by to admire.

The crew arrived at 8:00 am and were finished by 6:00 pm. They worked non-stop. When they were finished, they hosed down the entire lanai area, including the screening. Fabulous job. Nice guys; hard working; polite and friendly. I am so happy with the results of their work. I would not use anyone else. They were in and out in ONE DAY ! ! ! I can't say enough about the work ethic of this company. Jose told me this morning that this crew has been with him for 10 years. I highly recommend them.

I hired Master Z Pavers after seeing their rating in Angie’s List. Jose came by and brought me some samples of the pavers I chose. I was given a quote, was satisfied and then signed a contract. Pavers had to be ordered so the job would start as soon as they arrived. Once all material came in, the job began. The crew was extremely efficient and each had a specific job to do. Overall, the job took three days. (It took about a day to jack-hammer the concrete slab.) I cannot say enough about the result. It was beautiful. I am extremely pleased with Master Z Pavers and would recommend them highly. Once tip: make sure when negotiating cost, you ask about maintaining the pavers after installation. Also, you may want to cover the pool due to the large amount of dust from the cutting of the pavers.

Oh my goodness! What a difference it made to replace our old concrete with the beautiful pavers installed by Master Z Pavers. The whole crew did an AMAZING job and were so professional from start to finish. We highly recommend this company. Great job Jose and team!

Emailed Master Z Pavers to inquire about possible bid on pavers for patio. Jose called the next day and set an appointment for the same afternoon. He gave me a bid for the work, showed the different paver colors in a nice brochure and we agreed on price and color of pavers. We were leaving to return north late in a week and Jose said he woulc get a crew out to complelet work before we left. Crew showed up a few days later and completed a beautiful job in one day. Crew was outstanding, great work ethic, masterful job of laying the pavers, and created a great patio surface and walkway. Cutting pavers creates a lot of dust and dirt. However, the crew washed down the outside of house, driveway and even sweep up sand in the street. The area was cleaner after they left than before they came. Jose called during the day the crew was working to see that everything was satisfactory with us. I would highly recommend Master Z Pavers for all your paver creations. Very knowledgeable, and certainly masters of their trade at very reasonable prices.

The company gives you what they promised the person in charge of the workers made sure everything was perfect. I gave him a job – do tip – Jose the owner is a hands on the job guy.

I had a great experience with this company. I had many quotes and other companies bid this job. Jose was very knowledgeable, helpful, and reasonable. So I hired him. The crew was prompt and very hard working, and Jose was there daily. I like to hire working owners. I find that the pattern they did with the pavers spectacular. I've found myself looking at other paved pool decks, and its nothing like what these guys did. So needless to say, I have highly recommended Master Z Pavers to friends and family.

I called and left message a couple of weeks ago, no response. I called again on the tenth and spoke to someone in the office. I received a return call In half an hour. I explained that pavers needed leveling in our driveway. I was told that he would be here later in the day. No one showed, called or otherwise. Very disappointing because of this companies rating..

Work was fast, and well done. 2 1/2 days they were completely done. Makes the house look brand new and is in keeping with our high end neighborhood. Very happy with all aspects and will be recommending them to my clients, friends and family.

His team was prompt, as tidy as they could be, and took pride in their work. Nothing was rushed and they finished the job on time. I continue to receive many compliments from other service providers to friends and family.

Jose impressed me from the first contact. He responded swiftly to my initial call and he came to look at the job right away. I wanted a price for both the pool deck and a new paver driveway. I told Jose that it was likely that I could only get one of the two done and then the other would be done as soon as I could afford to move forward. Jose gave me a very fair quote and so I decided to get both jobs done. I explained that we have visitors arriving etc and he worked with me to accommodate my guest arrival and so on. The pool deck has been completed and I am delighted to attach photos below once I have written this review. The standard of workmanship is exceptional. Each and every employee worked extremely hard. They work as a team and they are courteous, respectful and skilled. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Master Z Pavers Inc. As I write this review my driveway is being re-modeled and pavers will be laid. Jose and I agreed on this start date and his team arrived precisely when he said they would arrive. Jose has loads of jobs on his books. One previous review says he was unresponsive. Perhaps there are some jobs which are better than others to take on? That happens in all walks of life. I invite anybody who wants to see the standard of workmanship for themselves to come and take a look. In every way I have had a wow experience - thanks to Angies list as I would not have known to to get otherwise.

i called on Monday (12/7/15) and left a message stating that I was needing an estimate on pavers getting rehabbed around pool. There are some sinking and I need them relaid,re sanded, pressure washed and sealed. I never heard back that day. Things happen, I understand that. I've worked in construction trade. So I called first thing Tuesday and left another message and made sure to mention Angies List this time.I finally got a call back a few hours after. Talked to Jose about what was needing done, which he replied we are very busy, wont be until at least after first of year, kind of inconvenienced sounding. I said i expected that and I am in no rush to get it done this week or anytime soon. I just wanted him to come out and give an estimate and go from there. He said ok, ill call and be out this afternoon. The day went by and nothing, no call no show. Again, trying to give benefit of doubt, I was kind of expecting a call on Wednesday morning. I never heard back and now I'm typing this. Its unfortunate because I read such great things about this company. But clearly my little job money must not have been good enough for them. Unfortunately for Master Z they missed out on a lot of future work from me. If this project went well, i was going to have them put in a pull through driveway, a couple entry ways, walkway around both sides of the house, walking path down to dock, and put pavers on my concrete lever dock. Every customer matters know matter how big or small the job is.

Jose was highly recommended , If you call, the number goes directly to his cell , so if he doesn't answer leave a message or text and he will get right back to you. I had a concrete Lanai with a big 6x6 opening in it which was where an old hot tub was , I was very concerned about the fact that it was half concrete and half dirt, but Jose assured me it would be fine and the rain water would drain properly . I am a salesman with a hurricane Shutter company also on Angie's with very good reviews. I heard about this company many times while providing estimates for my products on Lanai's. Master Z was $900 less than his competitor and came to my home within hours of my call, Refused a deposit , And did Exactly what he said he would do from start to finish, I wish I could post a picture of my job on here for I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Mater Z !!

Jose is the ultimate professional! He's always available, and replies to text message quickly. This was a big job for us, and Jose made certain that the job was done right! He provides information so that we're clear on the process. From start to finish, he aims to please. I highly recommend Jose, and will DEFINITELY call him again to replace our driveway. Our lanai and pool area look outstanding, and the back yard sitting area transformed the yard tremendously. We interviewed and got estimates from several companies before deciding to go with Master Z Pavers, and are 100% satisfied that we chose to hire Jose and his team.

Jose and his crew did an excellent job. He came out to our home the same day we contacted him to give us an estimate. His crew worked very hard as we had heavy rain before they could finish job.. Jose was always on the job to supervise the work. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Hope to have him back someday to paver our pool area. I would highly recommend Master Z pavers.

Master Z took 50% of the estimate up front in order to place the order for the pavers, which I felt was fair. We waited about 5-6 weeks for the pavers to be ready. We spoke a few times during the waiting process, with Jose promising to start work as soon as they arrived. His team showed up Monday morning, and took the rest of the day removing the existing pavers and what turned out to be improper sand used for the previous paving job. They cleaned out the channels to ensure proper drainage, and worked until about 6 at night to finish the demo. The next day they arrived with the pavers and set to work leveling sand and dropping in the pavers. He had one worker who was particularly skilled with a cement saw, and managed perfect cuts around every obstacle, including some circular ones. The finished job looked great especially because he was a perfectionist. His crew continued to work, even in light rain, although they did take breaks during the heaviest downpours. It was necessarily a messy job, with sand and dust everywhere. At the end of the job, though, they washed down my entire lanai including the cage. We waiting until we had a few sunny days, and Jose returned the following week to apply the sealer. He also washed down my entryway and sidewalk and power-washed the driveway to complete the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Jose and Master Z Pavers. They did a great job for a fair price -- he is as honest as they come, and delivers what he promises.

As always with this company, everything was outstanding from start to finish. A neighbor observed the nice job Jose and his company did, he used them for his project and is totally satisfied.

Master Z installed driveway pavers for us in October 2014 and we were so pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism, and the result that we hired them to resurface our pool area.this month Before we selected a contractor for the driveway project last year we got estimates from five companies. After reviewing the estimates, visiting job sites, and talking with former clients we chose Master Z. They were neither the highest or the lowest bidder on that job. As one of our neighbors commented, "If it is possible for a driveway to be beautiful, this one is it." Even more impressive was the execution of both projects. Appointments were always kept, work was completed on the agreed upon schedule, all requests for follow up were honored with an attitude that shows me Jose is genuinely interested in meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Today Master Z completed sealing the lanai and pool deck. I should note that he has made a visit every day for the past week to see if the pavers were dry enough to seal. He also agreed to have two of the crew members stop by tomorrow morning and put the patio furniture back for us. We could not be more pleased with the result. His proposal on this project meant that we were not required to remove all the river rock surface, saving us considerable expense. Observations regarding quality of the design: . * Driveway Project: After 8 months we have had no problem with weeds growing in our driveway. Our lawn service provider marvels at this as most of his paver driveways require constant spraying for weeds. * Pool Project: The pavers Jose recommended for the pool deck are manufactured with no spacers. This means that a minimal amount of sand is required to stabilize the pavers and after sealing there is no tracking of sand in the house. This has been a problem with several neighbors whose contractors chose a different type of paver.

Master Z Pavers fulfilled all our expectations. our house looks amazing, they are the best out there, we will hire them again by the end of the year to do our pool. Jose the owner and his crew were very cautious with everything, there were always on time, and willing to answer all our questions. the driveway gave a new look to our house, it simply looks wonderful. we called him based on all the great reviews they have here in angie's list, Jose (the owner) showed up on time to our house, very professional he went through all the details, he gave us ideas based on our criteria. next day Jose showed up with some samples of bricks. his professionalism was the key to hire him along with his Crew. after the job was finished everything looks beyond expectations. We highly recommend Master Z Pavers for our neighbors. Sealer is a very important step once the job was finished. THANK YOU THANK YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO HIRE YOU AGAIN.

Great company to work with. The owner, Jose and his crew do an excellent job. Removing all the concrete and replacing with pavers is hot and dirty work. The Master Z work crew were friendly and professional. We had some weather delays, but the job was completed and it looks beautiful. Jose checks frequently on the job progress and is always available for any questions. After meeting Jose the first time and discussing the price and design, I didn't look for any more bids. I felt comfortable right away in hiring Master Z to do the job. Can't say much more than already has been said in previous reviews. Be advised, there is going to be some collateral clean up after they are done. A lot of dust everywhere, plants, etc., that you can rinse off with the garden hose. In the end, we are very pleased with how everything looks. And I think all the people slowing down and looking at our beautiful new driveway and walkway, will agree. Job well done !!
