I was at a loss attempting to repair my pavers around my pool. I quickly realized that I needed help. Jose was very professional and prompt with both the estimate and work. The work was completed in a timely manner with no loss of quality. I would fully recommend Master Z pavers to anyone.

Jose responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He showed us options and provided guidance on what works well and what doesn't work so well. He had a great selection of photos he showed us on his iPad. While we were making the decision he visited several times to answer various questions and provide information required by a rather strict home owners association. Jose uses Tricircle Pavers and suggested we stop buy to get a better look at the actual colors. It was a bit of a trip and a little hard to find but well worth it. The pavers were delivered and neatly placed in the driveway. Just prior to starting the job, we asked that Jose use an adhesive for the pavers rather than the typical sand. This cost us additional money and Jose additional time. He accommodated the request without problem. Jose and team showed up to work promptly around 8am every morning and worked till about 5pm. The job took approximately 8 days. They were hard working, professional, pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Jose directed and participated in the work throughout the job. We are extremely pleased with the work.

They came the next day after I called them. Arrived ( two men) at 8:30 and worked straight to 5:30. Jose was great to work with, did a beautiful job and cleaned up. Looks even better than I expected with the edging detail and layout of the pavers. Real professionals with a real work ethic.

Jose and crew are: fast, efficient, professional, exacting,organized and left the site completely clean. The quality of the design and work was excellent. I would recommend without reservation.

Very well. Jose has a great work ethic and his estimate included things that other didn't like the sealing of the pavers. I had a hard time making up my mind on the color of the pavers and he was patient and understanding about this. When I finally made a decision, he adjusted his schedule to fit us in. We liked his work so much, we had him do a small patio in the back of our house.

Perfect from start to finish............

maJose came for site inspection right on time. His price was close to the other 3 but was lower. Once he was here it was decided to include about 180 of retaining wall and about 345 sq ft of pavers. Job started within days, just as scheduled. During the job it became apparent that addational labor and material was going to be needed to properly support the stair system. Jose proceeded with the extra without asking. He told me it was the right way to do the job and said I didn't have to pay extra,, but. I agreed it was more involved and agreed to pay what was fair. Jose said he would only charge materials, $50, i was expecting several hundred. He said it needed to be done to be right, and I agreed. There were two major isues that came up requiring a substantial amount of rework (not totally their fault) and Jose had no problems making things right. THe job came out great.

Jose was vey quick to respond and came out to my house the same day I called him on Friday. Jose had told me they would start the job on the following Tuesday They did show up but the pavers we picked out from Jose's supplier were not at his suppliers warehouse so the job couldn't get finished on the dates he first told me. The pavers came in late the following Friday and Jose told me he and his crew would come on Saturday and work till the job was finished. He did exactly that! His crew was excellent and worked very hard. They did a wonderful job and my lanai and pool area look beautiful!

ers.Jose responded quickly to my call and came over within a couple of hours to give me a fair estimate. He and his crew were on the job the next day. They pulled out old carpet in lanai and installed 1" pavers. They then used 4" pavers to make a 3' wide walk-way to the dock. They got it all done in one day, cleaned up well and it looks great! I would highly recommend.

Master Z Pavers were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They called back in a very reasonable time to come see what I needed done and when I was ready; they were here to do the job and it only took them 3 hrs. from start to finish. They worked together and when they left; they left no sign of them being there, except a beautiful new patio. I want to thank them again for such a wonderful job. Jose is patient and professional. He was willing to work with me to create an outdoor space that I will treasure for years. Once we agreed which pavers and the design, he and his team came within days to do the work and worked steadily all day to get the job done in one day. My yard was transformed and I was thrilled with the quality of his work. Great outfit, good guys!

Jose Macedo and his crew were great. He immediately answered my request for an estimate and provided it in person the next day. My request to use water based sealant rather than the usual type was honored, and he provided the leftover material to me so that I would know exactly what had been applied. Work commenced quickly, was efficient, and clean up was done well. The pool deck and lanai pavers look wonderful, and the drain was integrated into the design plan to be very subtle (color and placement). I will definitely use Master Z Pavers again for any future paver work.

Jose returned my call for an estimate promptly and came to the house for an estimate the same day. We agreed on his building us a patio and luckily he was available to to the work the next day. He did a very good job, was professional andpolite, and cleaned up everything nicely when finished. We would definitely consider hiring him for workin the future.

They were good. They were responsive and showed up when they said they would. Their quote was about 50% less than the others. They are also highly rated on Angie’s list. They will be starting the work very soon.

It went fine--good conversation on decision making regarding new or repaired tile (I opted for new at no additional cost) and the job was completed way before I expected it to be.

Jose Macedo is a man of his word. His website states he "considers each and every project as if its the only job we care about".I found that to be totally true. Jose responded to my numerous phone calls in a very prompt manner and gave me a price that was competitive with a couple other estimates I obtained. Many contractors did not even want to bother with such a small job or wanted an exorbitant price. Jose squeezed me into his busy schedule. He and his helpers carried all the material from the street to the rear of my property, meticulously laid the pavers in a pattern of my choice, and left the area clean when they finished. Jose even added a small area to the original sq. footage quoted and corrected a problem left at my driveway by a prior paving company all at no additional charge. I highly recommend MASTER Z PAVERS for any project big or small. I will call Jose for any future work that I need.

This all went very smoothly. On time on budget. Cleaned up at the end. We had called several other companies and as is common here in SWF none returned our calls or didn't show up for appointments. "Master Z Pavers" was recommended to us by a landscpper we had on site. The landscaper called and as they ware near by we got an estimate that afternoon. The part of the job we were having done at that time needed only two long days so we got worked into the schedule quickly. As it turned out we were so satisifed with that part of the patio we got "Master Z Pavers" to put us back in their schedule for the remaining work we wanted done, but were going to put off for about a year. As return customers we even got a little price break . The final result is a patio of which we are very proud and enjoy immensely.
