Mast Family Culligan

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service. Inability to keep appointments. Not sure if they even show up. Prepaid contract not honored. Unsolicited cancellation. High pressure sales. Do not use.

It went great

They did an excellent job and did extra work (at no extra charge) to install the unit inside the garage. They had to drill a hole in the garage wall and run a line to the outside water supply to do this. The deliver the salt on a schedule and are very punctual. Everyone we have worked with has been professional and courteous.

This one is for Dave of Mast Family Culligan. Yesterday our reverse osmosis system was serviced by Mast Family Culligan 16101 Old US 41, Ft. Myers, Fl. The service tech who did the job was helpful and got the job done but when he left my husband noticed that there was color missing from some of the wood floor boards in front of our sink. When he confronted the service tech the tech claimed the marks where there when he arrived. My husband was puzzled as he didn't remember the marks but saw no reason why the tech would lie and thanked him for his service and let him go. When I arrived home I noticed the spots immediately and asked my husband about it. Those spots had not been there before I left for work for the day. This morning my husband called Mast Family Culligan to complain about what happened to the floor. This evening he received a call from Dave at Mast Family Culligan and Dave from Mast Family Culligan blamed us because his tech had to remove a basket we keep under our sink filled with cleaning supplies. He blamed the cleaning supplies for the marks. Never mind the fact that had the cleaning product basket been set where the marks are the tech would never have been able to get into the cabinet where he needed to work. I noticed that the marks in the photos look an awful lot like finger prints. But, when my husband discussed this with Dave from Mast Family Culligan, Dave refused to look at the photos or to come and look at the floor and Dave at Mast Family Culligan had the audacity to tell him that we shouldn't have such delicate wood in our kitchen! The kitchen that was renovated 1.5 years ago, where 3 adults, and 2 dogs live and entertain yet we've managed to not damage our own floors! Dave from Mast Family Culligan, congratulations on your poor customer service.

We bought a house with a culligan system which was covered by a yearly $600 service contract that was to protect the units.they have been out numerous times trying to get the unit working right...between promises and lies (we put a brand new unit in for you)nothing has changed except a lot of wasted time..Now Brian told us he is in charge and running the show and there is nothing he can do except if we spend $1200 more ....it has been a very frustrating expierience
