 + -1 moreAwful work. No symmetry to the "design", haphazard plant locations, Bismark tree was diseased and dying.

Description of Work: We had some plants that died, replaced. We were told they died due to rain run off the house. Baloney. We had 7 Jasmines replaced by our front door and two of my sisters next door by her front door. 2 weeks after planting, and they ajusted our water system to come on more offen to care for them plus we water them daily with the garden hose they bloomed and were looking great. The company also does our weekly maintance of lawn care in our community.And they came around and cut everything down including the new plants.The next week they came around and sprayed the flowering beds with weed killer, now the Jasmines are dieing again. They are due to come out tomorrow and look at them again. Not happy, don't use them.

Description of Work: We use Mainscape in our community and it is part of our HOA fees. I had 12 plants die in just 2 weeks. I started contacting them on April 6, 2012. About at 3 weeks finally got a proposal to have my plants replaced. Was contacted the 30th of April to let us know they were going to be there on Monday sometime. I guess I wouldn't/ shouldn't hold my breath. They never showed up, no phone call or nothing. Grrrrr..... I'm so happy people just think they can waste your time. If I had a choice of whom our landscaping weekly went to it surely wouldn't be this company. Now going on a month of trying to have my plants replanted with no excuse. And still waiting for my replacements. Mrs. Donnelly
