It was right on time. The quality was outstanding. Cost was very good. Attention to detail was excellent. If I were to build another home in Florida, I would use this same contractor.

The provider was very professional. The work was done in a timely cost effective manner. This was a difficult job that required quite of bit of thought to complete. The bronze sculpture is very large and and very heavy. A large amount of thought went into how to secure the sculpture to the base for hurricane purposes. I found Luxury Home Solutions to be an excellent choice to get the job done. My sculpture is not only professionally secured to the base but is beautifully surrounded by granite, pavers, black stone and lights. I would highly recommend them for the job.

Jessie Cueto was instrumental in the coordination of the project. He was efficient in his presentation, but his effectiveness didn't stop there. He was a constant communicator making sure I was apprised of all aspects of the schedule, and the various contractors arrived as they were scheduled. Jessie reviewed all workmanship to be sure it was completed for both quality and accuracy. If there was an issue after Jessie's inspection, he rescheduled the correction immediately. I was extremely pleased with the overall communication, Jessie's ongoing attention to all of the details, but most of all, he was a very pleasant, considerate person to work with.

The designer was excellent. They are open to ideas and make good suggestions. Once we settled on the design and budget, we were taken to see and choose quality products for cabinetry, counters and appliances. Our goal was to have a kitchen that could stand up to the Florida weather and still look good. The kitchen needed to compliment the home, too. All that detail was considered. This company is not inexpensive, but the quality of product is outstanding. That has to be considered when you are trying to enhance the value of your home. The sub-contractors were excellent, professional and respectful. This project required permits, which, in Florida, usually means a delay and our project was delayed about 3 weeks for permits. Our only suggestion for the whole process would be to improve the communication of work progress. Since this was a lengthy project with building a wall, cabinet installation and wiring for appliances, we would have appreciated more information about the timeline of progress. We would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Went great. We are very pleased with the results. Our home is completely livable now. LHS were professional throughout the process. They were great coming up with design ideas. Very responsive. Thank you Norm and LHS.

We called for an in-home estimate. Jessie came on time and spent a good amount of time reviewing the bathroom, what we wanted done, taking measurements, and making some helpful suggestions and recommendations. His written estimate was a little late in coming, stiil fair and within our budget. We just had chosen another contractor that we interviewed earlier. Overall, we liked Jessie and thought he would be a good project manager, and we would consider calling again if we need future projects done.

I called to ask some questions and possibly setup a time to have a designer come take a look, the lady on the phone sounded nice and told us that Michelle would be calling us back in an hour to discuss the remodel. That was two weeks ago, still have not heard so we decided to move on to number two on Angie's list. Thanks Michelle called Angie's list to get my correct phone number, both her and the owner have called me now and we will be looking to solicit a quote and design from them as well as the other contractors. Stuff happens, the owner and Michelle seem to be stand up people. Were looking forward to seeing their design.

I feel they did an excellent job in fact we left and went to Ohio and came back when they were done. I was kept up on progress and sent pictures along the way. Many people wondered how we could leave and let them loose in my home but i never had any qualms about it nor any problems.

From start to finish LHS was responsive to our requests, kept us informed of progress or problems and were always pleasant and professional. Our project was very extensive from replacing tile floors to complete rebuilding of two baths and the kitchen. We live in another state, which sometimes delayed LHS moving forward as quickly as they would have wished, but LHS was very accommodating and patient with us. At the end of the project, they were very prompt in completing our punch list and were attentive to very minor details. We highly recommend them.

We purchased our condo in Naples, FL in June 2013 and wanted to do some remodeling. We do not live in the area and we went down for 1 week in July to find a contractor, get estimates and pick materials. LHS was the only contractor that respected my tight timeline and did everything possible to accomplish all our goals during that short period of time - which they did. When we left after the week I had a preliminary contract and all the materials picked out and a preliminary timeline. They were also very pleasant to work with and listened to what we wanted and proposed alternatives and made design suggestions. LHS was in constant contact with us through out the entire process. My wife and I were nervous about not being on sight when the work was being done but LHS made it very easy to oversee the project long distance. We were in constant contact by phone; email and text and they sent pictures through out the entire process. They also provided very detailed timelines, so we new what was happening and when. Even when we encountered some surprises, they explained everything in detail and presented reasonable options. When the work was completed - it came out better than my wife and I could have expected. We are extremely happy with the work and the process.

House sold in five months and got above asking price. Great for a down market. We were very pleased. New owners are still using luxury home solutions with changes they Would like.

It went great. Super architect worked on plan luxury homes executed it . Luxury homes solutions was able to make well thought Out suggestions of upgrades or ideas we had not thought about. It has an enclosed outdoor living space kitchen and we love sitting out there no matter what the weather. Travertine tile in outdoor space and around pool Laid beautifully. Stone accents around the pool stunning. Luxury home solutions work force was professional and very pleasant to work with. From site work to completion I would recommend them.

Bought a complicated lot with 13 acres and wetland issues. They helped me navigate through a sea of paperwork, enabling me to build my dream home on the site. They were incredibly easy to work with making wonderful suggestions along the way. I couldn't be more pleased with the choice I made to use a reputable building company. My house turned out exactly how I envisioned.

Details of the day-to-day work were given to me. I had a project manager who provided my "eyes" on the unfolding project. All renovation work was done while I was at home in Chicago. The condo was left vacant to allow work to proceed unencumbered, and I did not have to endure "construction dust". The project manager would forward photos of the progress and notify me of "surprises" that did make for a couple of "add-ons" to original proposal. Among these was replumbing the entire condo, which turned into a blessing. With original construction of the building in the 1970's, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. My major criticism would be too many cooks in the kitchen, so to speak. A few weeks into this project I began receiving emails from members of the LHS team with whom I was completely unfamiliar. This ongoing confusion was always resolved, but did inject some anxiety into the long-distance component of the project. The entire project took approximately 3 months. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. I am very pleased with the overall result of this project. I could not have handled this project long distance (from Chicago) had a project manager not been in place.........an absolute lifesaver. 10/2/2013 Further correspondence with LHS finds changes to their protocol should prove infinitely helpful to future clients. The responsiveness of LHS well after my project has been completed is testimony to their "service after the sale". High-five LHS team. Kathy Peterson, Seven Lakes, Ft Myers All work was done as contracted. Several "add-ons" throughout the project keep the Price a B rating and not an A. Many clients may not find this the hardship I did.

There was just one idea on how the kitchen could be arranged. I felt that it could be a couple of alternatives and that was not worth coming. I am not sure what would be, but I would say that was a C. As far as they were concerned, they gave me a good design. I think that there could have been more inventiveness. The pricing was great I guess. The quality was good. They called me. So, they were the one that set the appointment up. For the first meeting, they were on time. They were very professional.

Their prices were high. Their service was good and the guy put the things up well. We wouldn't use them again just because of the price.

The two visits went very well. We are very satisfied with the design service provided and hopefully will be able to work with Luxury Home Solutions in the near future. We are in the process of renovating our home and the kitchen renovation is at this point a bit lower on the list as far as the timing goes.

WE have not started the work. Will come in September and October of 2013c

We received the rendering within around 10 business days of the appointment. It was detailed and included 3 different views. She was knowledgeable and courteous with us. We are not moving forward at this time just because of cost, but when we are ready, we will certainly consider her.

Complete remodel, looks fantastic, above expectations, good vision, and easy to work with.

It turned out that I started off with another contractor and his company didn’t do all of the work that I needed, so he had to call in some other sub contractor which I didn’t anticipate. It was okay and they did a good job. They went out of the way to make sure that they did a good job and I was happy. I don’t know about the price, because I was in Florida for only 1 week and I didn’t have time to waste to have somebody else come and give me a quote, so I don’t know how to compare the price. They did the job well and I don’t have anything to complain about it. They were pretty responsive and if fact, when there was roofing work going on it was going to rain, and they made sure that the rain water didn’t come in. I would use them again in the future.

Member Comments: I was looking for a licensed general contractor to perform repairs, and remodeling. My deadline for completion is 4/30/2012. Met with representative of the company March 23, 2010 to discuss details & an estimate was provided. Rep stated he would turn the job over to scheduling and I'd get a call. I followed up with the representative & he scheduled my job for March 30, 2012. The Murphy Bed Unit needed to be unbolted from the wall & floor before the carpet could be removed. The rep is very professional as is the technician. The work performed was excellent and my home was left neat & secure. I'm looking forward to working with Luxury Home Solutions again in the near future.

He was happy with the person and had him do some minor painting job along with some other touchup things and other indoor jobs. I think he did a fine job and was responsive. Like I said, my husband handled it and he said the guy was able to schedule right away and did a nice job. I think the job was pretty reasonable and costed $200, which included paint and the labor. He called my husband right back, unlike other places. My husband wanted everything done before Thanks Giving and he was here within a couple of days. He gave an estimate and then started with the job. I think my husband appreciated that. We will use him again in future.

They were very expensive. I thought they were very professional and they definitely responded to all of my questions. They were prompt and they followed up but it's just the price that was a consideration for me.

They came to the house to give us an estimate and after deciding to use them, they returned with cabinet woods, designs etc. They were very helpful in choosing and went with us to pick out the countertop, appliances, and tile. The work was done on or ahead of schedule and we were very satisfied with the outcome. We would definitely use them again. It was a great experience,
