+ -1 moreLive in a condo on 2nd floor and the occupants below our unit complained of something leaking down a wall and felt it was coming from our unit. Contacted Lewis Morris and they came out promptly. The technician checked and cleaned our air conditioner and also checked the compressor. Our AC is 12 years old and he stated that there was no leak coming from our AC. Very trustworthy and will definitely use this company again!!
Description of Work: Checked and cleaned our central air conditioning unit both inside our unit and also the outside compressor.

+ -1 moreVery good. Technician arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgable and efficient. He did not try to "sell" additonal work or services as some others have done in the past. At the conclusion of inspection he noted what was scheduled at the next inspection and provided a debrief.
Description of Work: Company performed an inspection of the heating and air conditioning system. Cost is an annual cost which includes the two inspections.
