Description of Work: I spent $1500.00 on a top of the line variable speed pool pump. The tech came out and installed it and then told us we needed an adapter because we have a different system and that would be another $250 plus another $100 for him to install that. He assured us he would be back out the next day with the adapter and get everything working. I went to the store and purchased the adapter that afternoon and it ended up costing another $377! So now, I am up to over $1900.00 and the tech never showed up the next day. I was assured by a salesman at the store that he would be there.....NOT. The following day I stayed home from work to make sure everything went as planned and again ....no show! The third day.....no show! Later in the afternoon, I called the store and told them to come and take out the useless $1900 pump that I could not use because no one could install it! Meanwhile , I have been without a pool pump for over a week!!
