Lee Lock & Key

Accidentally locked myself out when taking the dog out to relieve herself. Found this locksmith when another I had used previously was too busy to help. Lee Lock was not only cheaper, he was at my home in less than 30 minutes. Very happy and satisfied with this service.

After a slight glitch on the initial scheduling which was easily sorted they proved excellent in all respects.

Rich and TJ came to my house on short notice. They were on time. They did a superb job. They went above and beyond what I ever expected because they went to Home Depot to get some parts, including a new door sweep and door stopper. They fixed the doors and locks perfectly. Before they came, the front doors weren't lined up so that we had to apply pressure to the door handle to make the deadbolt lock. All of that pressure made it so the door handle kept coming off. They fixed the door handle and lined up the locks perfectly so the dead bolt locks smoothly. It is as good as new. Rich and TJ were very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was particularly impressed because they went out of their way to get parts from Home Depot to be able to replace the door sweep and add the door stopper. These were at my request. Did not use this service so the date may be off. Was told on the phone when we called that his guy was out of town and he didn't know when he would return. Looked them up online and now glad that we did not use them.

I called Rich in the morning and explained the problem. He suggested some things I could try to resolve the problem and save a service call. When nothing worked for me, I called Lee Lock and Key and he was at me house within 45 minutes. He resolved the problem quickly and gave me a $10 discount due to finding him on Angie's List. I would use his services again.

He was absolulely excellent. Did what was asked of him. All calls returned promptly. He cost was very reasonable compared to others I had called.

Contacted Lee Lock & Key based on previous reviews here on Angie's and we were not disappointed. Booked an appointment to have our newly purchased home re-keyed and TJ arrived right on time. He efficiently removed all 5 of our locks, re-keyed them and had them all back in place along with 4 copies of new keys in under an hour. Price was very reasonable considering what it would have cost us for all new locks and having to do all that work ourselves. They were great and we'll definitely use them again.

Rich and his helper were both polite and professional and did an excellent job both times that I used them. I would not at all hesitate to call them again if needed.

The owner of the company had a new trainee with him. He continually showed him the proper way to perform the job and explained why it was necessary to perform the job in that manner. The owner was extremely knowledgeable, professional and congenial. I was extremely pleased with the service that was performed and would definitely recommend this company to others needing a locksmith.

I tried to replace front door lock and ran into problems. Called Lee Lock based on Angie's List recommendations. Came over promptly, replaced the lock, and noticed my door frame was loose. He did some things to strenghten it, realigned the door, and helped me add weatherstripping. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I have very mixed feelings about this vendor. The work was performed as quoted. However he insisted on immediate payment from the tenant even though he knew my property management company was responsible for payment. I was completely surprised at this even though it was the first time I had used this vendor and only did so based on recommendation from Angies list. My property management company has locks changed on various apartments a dozen or more time a year so I am really disappointed in the lack of professionalism. .

I called Lee's Lock and Key on a Thurs and asked for a quote, they gave it to me right away. I asked if they would come on a Saturday and they said no problem, with no extra charge. Rich (the owner) called to verify the appointment was still on time. He arrived as scheduled. He was VERY nice and professional, did they job as requested and the final price was right at the quoted amounted. I would recommend Lee's Lock and Key. I would certainly us this company again. NICE JOB!

Lee lock and Key were on time for the estimate, gave me suggestions on the work that needed to be done , were professional and to the point. At installation time they were prompt and the quality of work was excellent....I would use them again....

I recently purchased a 40 year old home that requires a few repairs and updates. I contacted Lee Lock & Key after finding them in Angie's List and seeing they were reasonably close to the house address. They were very good about quoting the price for their services over the phone based on what I said I needed done. They showed up when scheduled and went immediately to getting the locks re-keyed on a common key. They made a couple of suggestions about the doors and due to one lock not securing the door as well as it could, they fixed the problem to better secure the door with the existing lock. He said that if we should need assistance with the locks when we replace some of the older doors, they would be happy to come out and handle it with a discount fee due to the initial service being performed. He was very friendly, professional, and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lee Lock & Key again.

I locked my self out because of a malfunction and they changed all of the locks for me. No sooner that he was done and down the street I locked my self out again. I called the owner and he laughed. He came out his self and let me in my house. The price was well worth it.

My keys and license were stolen while out of town on business. I was concerned about someone getting into the house, especially with a babysitter and my son being the first ones back in the house. Lee Lock & Key were able to work with me to get the locks changed with a friend there to vouch for me. They worked it in to my friend's schedule of when she was available.

He did a wonderful job. He did a very good job. The service was great and the hardware was excellent. There was a slight issue and he came back the next day to correct it and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I was so impressed that I gave him a tip.

Rich met me at house same day. Office was very responsive and Rich was very helpful with taking care of what needed to be done. He was professional and quick.
