Description of Work: Ordered and placed 2 dead bolts on master closets and 3 independent push locks on our file cabinet. He suggested a different locking system for our file cabinet and it worked great! He didn't even charge a second service call when he ordered different locks. He even made an adjustment on our front door lock without charge. Outstanding service, excellent & professional installation and a great person! I highly recommend Richard for you lock & key needs. Extremely happy client!!!

When done, they provided the keys as well as one control key should we ever want to change the locks again. We did have one hiccup with our front door, but they were able to talk us through getting it to work and would have come back out if it had been necessary. All in all, I was very pleased with their professionalism and service. I would highly recommend this company.
