Description of Work: I called them to replace a mailbox lock because the people we purchased the condo from lost them. They came out quickly, replaced old lock, and put in a new one. Made sure it worked correctly.

Description of Work: Rich went totally above and beyond the call of duty when he came out on Labor Day to help me out! Initially, he came out on Friday to rekey 4 locks and add a bolt lock to one door. He also installed two very secure locking mechanisms to our sliders. I ordered a push button, z-wave controlled bolt lock from Amazon but because of a mix up, it did not arrive until the late the next day (Saturday). Since we were flying out early Tuesday, he came out and installed it on Monday, Labor Day and didn't charge an additional service call charge. I could not have been more pleased with the service and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend Lee Lock and Key to anyone seeking the services of a professional and knowledgable locksmith in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area.
