Description of Work: The A/C was not providing cool air. The service call went in at 7:30pm. The first call back came at 8 pm informing me he could not be there until midnight. The tempature in the house was already 85, so I told him I would wait. He showed up at 1:10am after two other calls telling me he was installing a new unit somewhere on a Saturday night. He replaced the Dual Run Capasiters on the outside unit within 10 minutes. After that he tried to persude me to get a new a/c since coils in both units were dirty.

Description of Work: New Air conditioner with heat pump for manufactured home. They were very helpful in a very difficult time. Also replaced all the duct work under the house. Men were all very courteous and imformative. The explained everything before the installed. Said they would be there at 9:00 AM in the morning and were there at 9:00 sharp. A very good experience.

Description of Work: Kobie Kooling has been servicing my air conditioning system for years and I'm very happy with their service. After 12 years my system is not very efficient and I'm planning on having them install a new unit.
