I contacted this pro on may 3rd.he made it to my house the next day. But never heard back from him until I contacted him on may 14. He then gave me a very rough estimate of $15,000-20,000 . I never understood why such a big difference between one and the other. $5,000 ? That’s not very accurate. But that’s not the issue. I contacted him again and asked him to quote me for labor on the shower only and not the entire bathroom he completely ignored me. Then when I contacted him about his customer service I told him to disregard He got a bit upset and started to harass me vía text messages i had to block his number because he never stopped texting and showed a very poor customer service . Very un profesional. I recommend you stay away from this guy if you don’t want to waste your time.

I was extremely pleased by the services provided by Kintop Construction. Chad and his crews were friendly, courteous, and hard-working, under very stressful circumstances. The work was performed in a timely manner, at a reasonable price.

As a recent transplant to Florida we needed help with small to large projects. Knowing no one we went with a referral. Chad @Kintop Construction came to our rescue. He strives for perfection and is completely conscientious about his work. He always checked with us while performing and completing each project to assure we were satisfied or if we wanted something addressed. As a perfectionist, myself, Chad and Tyler come highly recommended. We are satisfied he is reasonable and honest and a hard worker who gives 110%. If you want it done right- these are your guys!

Excellent ! Chad is very conscientious about the work he does- making sure we were happy with what was being done. He really cares and he’s reasonable. I recommend him for just about anything !

It was excellent, they're my go to guys now. They're wonderful and very trustworthy. Chad was fabulous. They go out of their way to go and perform their work.
