Description of Work: This woman is not professional. She flew off the handle many times and wouldn't return phone calls at times. She received a commission from us as the seller and unfortunately for us (fortunately for her) received the commission for selling - by sheer luck!. After waiting a month, not one word was heard from her ... no note, a phone call, etc. thanking us for our business. In her business, where referrals are so very important, you would think this is the least she could do.

+ -1 moreWhen we moved to the area, we drove neighborhoods and called listing agents as we saw homes we liked. We met Kathy through one of her listings. We immediately liked her and began working with her on our home search. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and she bent over backwards to help us find just the right home. She listened well to our needs and wishes and provided much-needed guidance on schools, commute, family-friendly neighborhoods, and good water access. She was never pushy and always available and helpful, and she anticipated our needs and managed all the details very thoroughly. We believe she always had our best interest in mind. We enjoyed the home-buying process with Kathy and are thankful to have met her. She's also a really nice person!
Description of Work: Kathy worked with us for nearly six months to find our home. Because we were unfamiliar with the area and she wanted us to find just the right home for our family, she very patiently showed us houses in many different areas of Fort Myers and Sanibel. She was very proactive in sending us listings, that met our criteria and introducing us to areas of town, we might not otherwise have found. She spent many weekends driving us and our sometimes fussy and always, high energy four-year-old twins around neighborhoods and guiding us through homes. We just closed on our new home and are very happy.
