 + -1 moreThe job was quoted as removing 8 existing windows and replacing with new aluminum framed hurricane impact windows. I got a quote from John Hull, Home Depot and Lowes. Hull was the least expensive. When quoting the job, the rep did not notice that my existing window frames were stucco'ed in to the house, therefore the installer had a very hard time taking them out. The amount of time they were on the job was probably double the time expected. Still, all was done professionally and no one tried to negotiate a new price.

 + 1 moreContractor was able to remove the existing tile floor without damaging the wall tiles. He replaced the mud bases and installed new floor tile in each shower. The new floor tile looks beautiful and seamlessly blends with the existing wall tiles. Since the Contractor had warned us that it might be necessary to remove one row of wall tile, we were thrilled that he was able to take the floor up without damaging a single wall tile. An added plus was a $550 reduction in the bill since nothing needed to be done with the walls!
Description of Work: Two existing oversized walk-in showers required new tile flooring. The existing tile was cracked and not appropriate for a shower since it was extremely slippery.

 + 7 moreSince this is our second home, I was reluctant to begin this project while we were not there, but I quickly realized that I had nothing to worry about. I was constantly updated on the project via phone calls, email and pictures and never once worried about what was going on in my absence. We are thrilled with the results and the professionalism of John J Hull and Associates.
Description of Work: We added a 288 square foot screen enclosed patio to the rear of our house. It required a stem wall foundation that was finished with pavers which continued on to the already existing lanai. The new addition included lighting and electrical outlets, relocation of sprinkler system and removal and reinstallation of electric hurricane shutters.
