We contacted Mr. Harvey because of an ad in the Angie's List booklet. Though we looked at other(and cheaper) suppliers on Angie's List, we decided to use Mr Harvey. The main reason we chose him was that he was the one doing the work, not an employee. We have found that when the owner does the work he is "invested" in his business and all dealings with him will reflect "his" ethics and attitudes, not those of his employees! And we were well rewarded in placing our trust in Mr. Harvey. He came to our house to give us an estimate, arriving promptly at the time he said he would. After inspecting the couch (a 20 year old Henredon that had never been cleaned before because we could not find anyone in our previous location), Jeffrey suggested that we not spend the money as the couch was old, with embedded dirt and stains. He recommended a nice throw or investing the money in a new couch. After he left, we discussed it and because the couch had much sentimental value, the fabric was not worn out, and it was in an alternative seating area, not our main sofa, we dicided to have it cleaned. Great decision, as when Mr. Harvey was done it was amazing how well it turned out. Stains that he was sure would not come out were no longer visible. Though the couch had areas that showed wear, it was perfectly acceptable for seating guests. Mr. Harvey arrived at the appointed time, with a helper, and took great care when handling the couch. The cushions were cleaned outside, then brought in and carefully arranged on the tile in the living area. They brought fans to blow on them to help them dry while cleaning the couch. Mr. Harvey and his helper were always very polite, on time and showed great care in handling our couch and anything else they came into contact with. We received a 10% discount for being Angie's List members. We heartily recommend Mr. Harvey to anyone needing this service. We were so pleased we are planning to have him clean an area rug for us!.

There were some spots which received deep cleaning treatment and now look fine. We also thought that our two oriental rugs needed cleaning but were advised that that wasn't necessary. Instead they helped us turn the rugs for more even wear.

Everything went to perfection. Jeffrey was extremely professional. He gave me an estimate and then set up his equipment. He vacuumed the carpet and then commenced the cleaning. He noted potential trouble spots and then worked with them to get them clean. All around excellent experience. A ++++++!!

I am going to gush. It is very rare to find someone who provides outstanding service and goes beyond expectations. The experience began with Jeffrey returning my call at the time that I requested; we set a time for an estimate of the work I wanted and to get a price. He arrived on time for the estimate and insisted on wearing booties over his shoes even though I told him it wasn't necessary. Jeffrey told us that he probably wouldn't be able to get it completely clean. (We do have dogs who spend more time on the couch than we do). We agreed on a price; he said he would call to schedule a time which he did. On the day of the cleaning, he and his assistant worked for 3 hours cleaning the sofa. They were extremely professional and thorough in their work. .The sofa is beautiful; the areas that have stains are barely visible. Jeffrey Harvey will be invited to clean my sofa again. I have already told others of his outstanding work.

Jeffrey was very prompt and professional. He cleaned 4 carpeted areas in our home that I did not think would come clean due to the high volume of traffic from my teenagers, their friends and our two schnauzers. Miraculously, he was able to get all of the stains out and they look terrific. My plan was to replace the carpet over the summer, but now I can push this expense out! Thank you Jeffrey!

I found Jeffrey Harvey on Angie's list and since all the comments were good, I contacted him. We set up an appointment and after measuring and giving me a price, we set the date for cleaning. From the time I contacted him to the finished job was less than a week. I cannot say one negative thing about him or the job that was done. I recommend him for carpet cleaning and will be using him in the future.

The BEST. My carpet is so clean that it looks new, but it is 18 years old. Polite, professional and prompt! Very reasonably priced.

Jeffrey called to confirm appt. the day before it was scheduled. He arrived right on time. He measured the rooms to be done, reviewed with me the problem areas and what he could do or try to do to clean them, presented me with his invoice, and with my approval, proceeded to do the cleaning.He was very profeesional, and I felt comfortable asking him questions. I will use him again in about a month to clean my tile floors and grout. I strongly recommend him for this service.Over the years I have had my floors cleaned by several different companies, and he is, by far, the best I have used.

He arrived at the agreed upon time. I have had carpets cleaned many times, but never have I seen such care that was taken to protect furniture and woodwork in the house, and the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Looking at my carpet this morning, it appears like brand new. All I can say is: "Thank You, for a job well done."

Mr. Harvey asked very detailed questions about how I had treated the stains and then got to work. He removed all the stains and gave me precise instructions on how to treat them properly in the future. Mr. Harvey was professional and courteous. He followed up the next day with an e mail asking how the cushions looked. I highly recommend Mr. Harvey and will call him again if the need arrives.

This is the second time we've used Jeffrey, and he once again exceeded all expectations. He arrived on schedule, got right to work, and did a wonderful job on our carpets. Some areas were pretty heavily soiled, and the carpeting is old, but he managed to bring it back to life! He was pleasant and professional at all times, and we'd highly recommend him to anyone.

This is the 4th time we have worked with Jeffrey. I have him scheduled to come at least once a year for a complete cleaning of our carpets - we have two pups who bring in all the wet weather with them! Once the carpets are clean, the house is fresher and the carpet itself looks brand new. Jeffrey has also cleaned our tile floors twice, they just sparkle when he is done. He is ALWAYS polite, professional, very careful when moving any furniture and is very prompt. I couldn't ask for better service and will continue to call him every year!!

We had experienced an unfortunate incident back in July during a visit with my children and grandchildren. One of the toilet flaps stuck, which somehow caused a back-up and the emptying of our reverse osmosis tank, while we were out to dinner. By the time we returned we, had 2 inches of water in 85% of the home. After 3 months of a horrendous reconstruction experience, I refused to allow the reconstruction company to clean my furniture and began my search on Angie's list. I came across Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners and after reviewing this company with all the rest, I e-mailed the company with a question or two. Mr. Harvey responded that same day with answers to my questions. Thereafter, we decided to hire this company. I want to first say that I cannot believe how quickly and kindly Mr. Harvey responded to my e-mails. We have never had these quick and courteous responses from any of the service providers we have used over the past 5 years. Mr. Harvey came and provided us with a thorough inspection and estimate of the services we had requested. We found the cost to be extremely reasonable for all of the furniture that we needed cleaned. We ultimately hired Mr. Harvey and cannot be more pleased with the services provided. He was on time, took great pride in his work and was phenomenal with our personal property. He covered the floors, made sure all the trim was covered and removed and cleaned everything when he was completed. He is so very courteous, as well. His services were completed within the time-frame he had estimated, He worked all the way through, and we never saw him take a break. This is someone who cares about the work he does and the service he provides. We only wished we had realized that he cleaned floors and carpet as well, because we would have definitely utilized his services for those jobs. This was our second experience with Jeff Harvey and both have been excellent. Jeff is prompt, courteous and professional. All work was done as promised and the results exceeded expectations. Jeff has done our carpets twice now and this last time we found out that he does tile and grout cleaning. He did both the kitchen and master bath and we were shocked to see how dirty both rooms really were. Tile and grout now looks like new - Jeff even gave us tips on how to maintain our floors in the future, even though this might negatively effect his future business. We wholeheartedly recommend Jeff for any carpet or tile cleaning job.

They were terrific! I thought it was a great buy.

This is the ultimate in white glove service. Jeff even determined that the fabric on our sofas had some cotton seeds, so that the normal about of moisture would have plumped them up too much (he needed a real magnifying glass to find this out). All work was carried out with incredible attention to detail, and real care about not harming anything not being cleaned. We were very happy with the results, and would not only use Jeffrey Harvey again, but would unqualifiedly recommend him to others. (By the way, you get Jeff personally -- not some one else -- this is definitely a case where its his name on the truck, and he cares what you think about every aspect of his work).

This furniture we had was beat up from being in our sun room of a rental home for two years. The windows weren't the best so our things got pretty nasty but we didn't have a choice at the time. I talked with Mr. Harvey on the phone and he told me that he would do his very best to get our furniture looking good again. Super nice guy and absolutely knows his stuff!! He showed up on time (early actually) and after speaking with him for a few minutes I knew we had called the right person. Little later on the furniture started to come back to life and by the time he was done it looked like we had our brand new furniture all over again. Absolutely a great job and we will be using Jeff and his services anytime we need anything done again. A+++!!!

Second time we have used him. We have carpet where pet stains had started to "surface." I contacted him, knowing I was going to have him come out regardless, since we were so happy with him before. After assessing what we wanted done, he told me he couldn't guarantee that all of the spots would come out and those that did, may come back. Knowing this, I told him to come out and do the best he could. He was totally honest about the possible outcome of the cleaning (I almost had to beg him to do the job :)....) because of the condition of the carpet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED~~~ He called before he came out, prompt and ready to work when he got here. We are thinking of having our tile/grout cleaned and we'll have him do it when we decide.

I have used Jeffrey Harvey before and was very pleased with his service. I called him to come to my home and left a message. He returned my call promptly. He scheduled a time to come and was exactly on time! My dog had made a terrible spot on my carpet and he was able to remove it all. I have three high end wool area rugs, he takes them back to his shop and cleans them and bring them back in a day or two. They come back just beautiful! He is a master carpet cleaner. I just would not trust anyone else with my fine carpets. He has also cleaned my wall to wall in my guest rooms and did a great job with them too.

He cleaned 3 rooms with carpet and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend his work and will definitely use him again in our new home.

Mr. Harvey is the most professional man I have ever had work for me, and he takes great pride in his work. He has gotten out every stain that has been on my rug. He takes the time to protect your furniture from the water spray. I can not recommend him highly enough, I have been more than pleased with his work. For me he is the only rug cleaner I will ever use.
