He cleaned a few dining room chairs and an upholstered bench, all had been stained. They all came out clean in a short amount of time. The price was even less than quoted over the phone once he saw the work required. He seems to be a very fair and honest businessman who I would definitely use again and highly recommend to friends.

Jeffrey Harvey came out to clean some bedroom carpet and wool area rugs. He did a wonderful job. The carpets are clean and fresh. He was prompt, so courteous, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His pricing is excellent and I will definitely call him again in the next few months to clean the tile on our lanai. I have no hesitation in recommending him!

As always, out of this world! I use this company for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning exclusively. Jeffrey is always helpful, professional and the finished product is outstanding. Mr. Harvey re-vacuums all the rugs, then he spot treats them before he steam cleans them. After he cleans your rug he brushes it to bring back the pile. He is so polite, very responsible, and does such a beautiful job. I have used him for 7 or 8 years now and would highly recommend him. A true professional in every sense of the word.

I only had a few days to get my Mother's condo ready for rental. Jeff agreed to come out on a Saturday. After viewing the job, he explained that he could do it within my time frame (one day). He did a wonderful job, particularly with the upholstery. The condo had been unoccupied for about 2 years, but when he left we could not believe how clean and bright everything was. I would most assuredly use Jeff again.

He arrived on time, set up his equipment, examined the carpet to be cleaned, pre spotted the area that needed extra cleaning. He also examined both the couch in the living room and family room. Explained that the back and sides were still in very clean condition, so the only soiled areas were the cushions and front area. He charged accordingly. The carpet and couch in the living room and family room look brand new. Would highly recommend this company when you need anything cleaned. He also cleans tile, which at this time I did not need but will keep in mind for the future.

Jeffrey and Mark showed up exactly when promised, and worked diligently through the job. They have great care for all of the house and furnishings, and Jeffrey knows the ins and outs of specialty fabrics. Mr. Harvey promptly returned my phone call to set up an appointment to steam clean 2 club chairs. He arrived on time for the appointment and after examining the chairs he gave me the cost, which I found to be very reasonable. The chairs looked like new when the job was completed, I could not have been more pleased. Mr.Harvey was extremely polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs furniture,carpet,or tile cleaned.

This is the second time we have used Jeffrey Harvey. Mr. Harvey returned my phone message within a few hours, called me the day before to confirm our appointment, and was precisely on time. He measured my sofa, gave me cleaning options, and the approximate amount of time the cleaning would take. He finished the job on time and at a fair price. He was thorough, polite, and tidy. I call and left a message for Mr. Harvey. He promptly returned my call and we set up a date for him to come to my home, I described what I wanted done. It was within a few days of the original call. He called the night before and confirmed. Mr. Harvey called about 30 minutes before the expected time and let me know that he was on his way to my home. I have an older pet and my carpet had some set in stains. Mr Harvey went to work and the miracles happen. He is able to remove stains like no other carpet cleaner I have ever used! I built my home in 2003 and my guest room carpet looks like new again! My husband's man cave was just terrible and now it is just beautiful and fresh. I have tile in the main areas of my home and have wool area rugs, the only person I trust to clean my rugs is Jeffrey Harvey. He takes them to his shop and brings them back in a few days, clean and beautiful. He is very careful and respectful of you things while in your home. I consider him to be the BEST!

Great, Jeffry is a true professional in every way. We've used him 4 times so far and will continue to use him. We have 3 dogs who are h****** carpet....yet, Jeff mad them look like new, with no bleed back of soil. We wish all providers in SWFL were this good

First Jeff was right on time and called just before he got here to let us know he was on his way. Went thru all the work areas and gave us a quote which I thought was very reasonable. (The cost included a lot of hand spot cleaning required in my RV.) He advised what was going to go on during the cleaning process, what to expect and what to do after he left. While in the house Jeff put up orange plastic bumpers on the walls so the big hoses he uses won't mark the walls. I was impressed. Also lots of his rugs to (I assume) catch any drips from his hoses. One never really knows how dirty their carpets are until they are professionally cleaned. We've cleaned them before with the rental equipment but never had these results. I'm extremely happy with Jeff's work. And when he left you wouldn't even know he had been there except for the clean rugs. Exceptionally nice guy too. Skip the big commercial companies and use a local - Jeff Harvey will not disappoint you.

Jeffery was professionally well dressed, clean, on time, courteous, provided protection to walls, objects, thorough and was able to take spots out of the carpets, we would highly recommend him.

Jeffrey was very punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. He protected door frames and furniture from coming in contact with his equipment. The carpet is a cream color and he was able to make it look like new. He is certified to clean carpets and provided documentation that will help preserve the warranty on the carpeting. We were very pleased and will use his services again.

My husband and I cannot say enough nice things about this company and Jeff. We moved to Florida from Wyoming in July, 2014. In August, we inadvertently used an unethical dog sitter while we went home to Wyoming. (No, we didn't use the dog sitters listed in Angie's List.) The dog sitter allowed several parties to occur in the house and on the lanai. As a result, the lanai cushions were badly soiled. I tried a number of options from cleaning them myself (unsuccessful) to having new slipcovers made (too expensive). Finally, in desperation we decided to try a professional upholstery cleaner. According to Angie's List, Jeff had great reviews and service. So we called him earlier this week. He was very responsive and professional. Today he came back to do the cleaning. The result is amazing! We are grateful for his service and saving us from being forced to purchase new furniture for the lanai. Thank you, Jeff!

Mr. Jeffrey Harvey arrived on time & on the scheduled day. I needed the tile & grout cleaned in the main living areas of our home. Living room,, entry, kitchen, hall, guest bath & wash/utility room. 800 sq. ft. In total. He made an assessment of the area, measured & looked at what exactly needed to be cleaned. Mr. Harvey then gave me a price and quickly begin work with his assistant. They moved furniture and were very careful. 4 hours later and wow! Amazing job! I did not realize how dirty the floors were until my husband & I saw the difference. I would highly recommend Mr. Harvey if you need your tile & grout cleaned. The whole experience was the most uneventful, problem free & pleasant I have ever had with any cleaning company here in SW Florida. Mr. Harvey also took my large 91/2 x 12 wool area rug to clean in his shop. I will be using Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners for any job I have in the future.

I've used Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners twice to do carpets. Both times I have been highly impressed with the quality of their work, their ability to get out stains, and their professionalism. I hired them to clean the carpets in my mother's apartment -- my mother had two elderly, somewhat incontinent cats. Both times the carpets were cleaned, they literally looked like new and smelled incredibly fresh. Jeffrey Harvey and his team arrived on time, measured the apartment to get an accurate square footage estimate, and gave me an estimate that was both accurate and fair. They took great pains to ensure that the walls were protected, and did a very thorough job cleaning the carpets. They took the time to ask about pets, and used cleaning agents that were non-toxic and pet-friendly. They were extremely polite and helpful. Their prices were very reasonable. If you need carpets cleaned in the greater Ft. Myers area, these are the consummate professionals upon whom you should call. A+

We contacted Mr. Harvey because of an ad in the Angie's List booklet. Though we looked at other(and cheaper) suppliers on Angie's List, we decided to use Mr Harvey. The main reason we chose him was that he was the one doing the work, not an employee. We have found that when the owner does the work he is "invested" in his business and all dealings with him will reflect "his" ethics and attitudes, not those of his employees! And we were well rewarded in placing our trust in Mr. Harvey. He came to our house to give us an estimate, arriving promptly at the time he said he would. After inspecting the couch (a 20 year old Henredon that had never been cleaned before because we could not find anyone in our previous location), Jeffrey suggested that we not spend the money as the couch was old, with embedded dirt and stains. He recommended a nice throw or investing the money in a new couch. After he left, we discussed it and because the couch had much sentimental value, the fabric was not worn out, and it was in an alternative seating area, not our main sofa, we dicided to have it cleaned. Great decision, as when Mr. Harvey was done it was amazing how well it turned out. Stains that he was sure would not come out were no longer visible. Though the couch had areas that showed wear, it was perfectly acceptable for seating guests. Mr. Harvey arrived at the appointed time, with a helper, and took great care when handling the couch. The cushions were cleaned outside, then brought in and carefully arranged on the tile in the living area. They brought fans to blow on them to help them dry while cleaning the couch. Mr. Harvey and his helper were always very polite, on time and showed great care in handling our couch and anything else they came into contact with. We received a 10% discount for being Angie's List members. We heartily recommend Mr. Harvey to anyone needing this service. We were so pleased we are planning to have him clean an area rug for us!.
