Carpets came out much better than expected looked clean and smelled fresh and Jeffrey was very neat and organized, he left us with booties and styrofoam in case we needed to walk on the carpet or put any furniture back. I would hire again as he also does tile.

Couldn't have gone better. Other than the cushions being off the sofa in order to thoroughly dry, my living room was completely put back as he found it. He is very well-organized (an ex-Navy man!) and thorough. I will call him again for any upholstery or rug cleaning.

Jeffrey was responsive and professional in all aspects from scheduling to completion of the work. The quality of the work performed was very good. Grout that was old and very soiled was restored to new looking.

One of the chairs was badly stained, but Mr. Harvey was able to get it pretty clean, and bring the areas which were too far gone back to a respectable color. All the other items looked great!

We first met Jeffrey Harvey about 18 years ago when there was a leak from our newly built house bathroom into the bedroom causing the bedroom carpet to get wet where the two rooms met. Our builder called him to take care of the wet carpet. We were very satisfied with his professionalism, attention to detail, and pleasantness. We also appreciated that Jeffrey Harvey showed respect for our house by wearing shoe covers when inside. We were so impressed with him that we have been using him to clean our carpets ever since that incident. We have always been very pleased with his work, attitude, honesty, and respect for us and our home. He always calls us the evening before our appointment and shows up at the scheduled time. I have recommended him to my friends as I am impressed with his service and they have been, too.

GREAT!! Jeffrey was punctual, courteous, thorough, and professional. My husband has health issues and Jeffrey patiently answered all my questions with fact-based knowledge and understanding. The service was fantastic, the rugs look amazing. My husband and I are so pleased. I have already told 2 of my friends about Jeffrey's excellent service. I will definitely use his company again when the need arises. The cleaning was done with great care in our home. We are totally satisfied.

Great job and was very easy to deal with

Wonderful - Jeffrey is a true professional. It was easy to make an appointment. Jeffrey called a day in advance to confirm our appointment. He showed up to do the work himself, was on time, priced the job before he started and was meticulous in his work. He places corner guards all around so that he didn't scratch our walls. He vacuumed the carpet first, then sprayed cleaning solution, brought in an extractor to remove the moisture and finished by raking the carpets. He placed foam under all furniture that was on top of the wet rugs. He gave me specific directions on how to dry the rugs and to wait 24 ours before putting furniture back on the wet rugs. He even left booties for us to wear so we could walk on the cleaned carpets. The rugs looked terrific when he left. Jeffrey was great to work with. I will certainly call him again.

Outstanding. Primary carpet was surprisingly restored to almost its original appearance after 15 years of use (very dirty). Secondary carpet same after 5 years of use (also very dirty). Sofas were significantly improved in appearance. Service providers were friendly, courteous and highly professional. Put everything back in place exactly as it was. Done on a timely basis as promised. Best service provider ever after 16 year residence in this area.

When Mr. Harvey returned the rug, mind you he made no guarantees given the condition it was in, so I did not expect very good luck, my rug was BEAUTIFUL again. In only one small corner, the most worn area, was he not able to remove 100% of the dirt, but he did get so much out of it that I have to look very closely to see it. I am beyond pleased with the work he performed.
