Best carpet cleaning we have EVER had done. I like to patronize the small business owner as opposed to mega companies (Stanley Steemer). I have never had anyone spend so much time cleaning the carpet and getting every spot out. Complete respect for homeowner and property. Extreme pride in service. I would recommend Jeffrey Harvey carpet cleaning to everyone.

He is so proffesional and experienced, does his job very well, is neat and clean, and stands up to the job preformed, will come back if you are not happy.

He did a good job. However, I think he was a little expensive. So, I used someone else. However, he was excellent at what he did. His crew is really courteous. They were excellent. However, in this economy, pricing is a great factor. I think Jeffrey also has a military background. He is a nice guy. There has been no problem as far as his work is concerned; it is just that his prices are very high. He would be a much better person if you want the carpets cleaned, which are worn out. He is very thorough in his cleaning techniques. If you are looking for simple steam cleaning of your carpets, then he is a little expensive to be used. Otherwise, he is excellent. I will use him again if I have some deep cleaning or special things to be done to my carpets.

He was very professional, on time and removed some stains and did an exceptionally good job. He kept in touch with me via email since I live in Boston and he made sure the carpet was thoroughly dry before he left.

He showed up when he said he would, gave me a professional quote and his recommendations and did the work. He was respectful of my home and furnishings.

We called him and he came on time. Everything was good. He was reasonable with the pricing. He left it like brand new. There was no smell; it was like nothing had happened.

All the positive comments you read from the other reviewers are true. You can't go wrong with Jeffrey Harvey. Our tenant had hired a different company to clean the tile at the same we scheduled Jeffrey to start working on the carpets. After Jeffrey left, the tile cleaner commented that how ever much Jeffrey charges, it's worth every cent. The other guy said Jeffrey uses very advanced equipment and techniques, much more so than what he used, even though he also cleans carpet. Since Jeffrey is a one-man company, he is not always able to return phone calls right away. But he's worth the wait - so call him! You'll pay a little more than the typical carpet cleaning rate, but you get what you pay for.

This guy is amazing. I don't know how he did it, but he got up stains that I thought would never come up. I originally was going to replace all of the carpet in the unit. However, the estimate was about $850.00. Instead, I searched on Angieslist and found the best carpet cleaner I could find. He did a phenomenal job and was able to make my carpet look close to new. Well worth the extra few bucks. He was on time and thorough and even accomodated me when I had to reschedule. Highly highly recommend this service!

Very accommodating to my schedule. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Called to alert me when traffic accident delayed his arrival. Polite, professional, thorough, efficient. Always a pleasure doing business with Mr. Harvey. Carpets looked fantastic when he was done.

i could smell the cleanness from the outside! best carpet cleaning experience of my life and i have had quite a few. the most professional and concientious carpet cleaner around. he cleans your carpets like he would clean his own. the following little touches where appreciated: surgical booties to protect shoes, lays down rugs and towels to protect the floor from his equipment, plastic corner protectors to prevent damage from nicks, commercial grade fans used to dry the carpet

HE CAME ON TIME AND WE WENT OVER THE COSTS, SINCE i ADDED SOME ROOMS. HE PROCEEDED TO WORK EFFICIENTLY AND WAS DONE IN ABOUT 4 1/2 HOURS. aFTER HE LEFT I DID NOTE A FEW AREAS OF THE TILED BATH FLOORS THAT DIDN'T SEEM DONE WELL. HE ASSURES HIS CUSTOMERS HE WILL RETURN TO TAKE CARE OF SUCH PROBLEMS. I WILL TAKE HIM UP ON THAT.

He works alone. He did an excellent job and was very particular. He also gave me the option of calling him to come back free of charge if there were any spots that were unsatisfactory, but there was no need.

Jeffrey was ontime, took care in our home - covered his shoes, etc. I had the ottoman cleaned prior to this and it still had a spot on it. Jeffrey cleaned it and it looks like new again.

Mr Harvey, listened to me, about these dark ares, he treated them, and cleaned my rug. I noticed the high end equipment he used, plus all of the extra touches, such as booties to wear while my rug dries. His knowledge and professionalism were above board. I will be a repeat satisfied customer.

I highly recommend Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners and will definitely use them again! We arranged the appointment over email and Mr. Harvey called about 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm. He arrived right on time and got to work. I've had the carpets cleaned by a couple of other companies in the past, and have been less than satisfied with the results. I could tell right away that this experience would be different. Mr. Harvey used a great deal of care to make sure the walls and in-place furniture were not damaged during the cleaning process. The carpets have a lot of traffic wear and some stains that I've never been able to remove, (nor could the other cleaning companies). Mr. Harvey worked diligently to successfully get them out, and the carpets now look good as new! I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. This company is very friendly and professional from start to finish, and the results can't be beat!

Owner, Jeffery Harvey, arrived on time and was very respectful of property during service. He did a terrific job, vacuuming all carpets first (only time I've ever seen carpet cleaners do that). He noted areas where he treated for spots and told me how to care for them. I'd moved light furniture out of the way and he moved some of the heavier items and put foam beneath them to protect the cleaned carpeting. Job started at 9 AM and was completed by 3 PM. I'd recommend this business to anyone.
