They did an excellent job. They are a little bit more expensive, but they are worth it. He is extremely trustworthy, and he is very down to earth.

Jeffrey and his son arrived on time and checked out the job. We purchased our condo last April and the light gray rugs were soiled. They got their tools together and went right to work. They put down rugs at both entrances and put up plastic protections on all the bottom of the doors and any furniture that would come in contact with the hoses. They did a wonderful job on the rugs and they both were polite, professional, and efficient. We have had our rugs cleaned back in our home in Pittsburgh, but never had a job done like this one. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets, tile or furniture cleaned.

He was marvelous. He brought his son to help move the furniture. They were the nicest people ever. We’ve had our carpet cleaned before but never quite as excellently. They arrived on time and went right to work. We left so they could have more room to work because we have a small apartment. They moved all the furniture. We've never had a better repairman come to the house that was ready to work. He was nice and pleasant and did a marvelous job.

Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. I made all the arrangements long distance and on my arrival in Estero, found that he had done an exceptional job, leaving the place in top condition. I would not hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend his work to others. His phone calls and emails were concise, courteous and prompt. He is a true professional!

It was BY FAR, the most thorough cleaning we have ever had. We have 2 dachshunds, both with Cushing's disease, which causes them to drink alot and have "accidents". Our carpets look brand new and the house smells great. This will be the ONLY carpet cleaning service we will ever use. If we could give this company an A+, we would. Before leaving, Mr. Harvey thanked us for allowing him to clean our carpets.

Jeffery and his son Jeffery Jr. were prompt and went right to work. They measured the areas to be cleaned and provided an updated estimate before they started to work. I removed all of the smaller pieces of furniture to areas that weren't being cleaned before they arrived and they moved the heavier pieces. They vacuumed and spot cleaned before starting the actual carpet cleaning. They used corner guards to protect furniture that wasn't going to be moved and also used them on the corner of the walls so nothing was dinged/scratched/bumped ... etc. The carpet sparkled !! Great job !!

We got him from Angie’s List and he did a real nice job. He was very good and we were very pleased with him. The price was expensive but the carpets were all worn and stained. We told him that if he can get the stains out, it would be great but if he can’t, we would have to replace the carpets. He stayed here and worked out real hard for about 3 or 4 hours and put some extra power on it. He came back a few days later to pick up some fans that he left to dry and he checked the job. He was very thorough. You get what you pay for.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish to have the carpets of our beachhouse cleaned. We corresponded by email up front and he gave a good rough idea of the estimate based on my approximate measurements of our square footage of carpeted space. He arrived promptly on the day of service with his son to assist. They estimated about 4 hours to complete the job and were pretty well right on the money with that approximation (about 30 minutes over). He was trustworthy and honest and the job was spectacular. We had all the carpets cleaned by another service when we bought the home about 3 1/2 years ago and there was no comparison. Stains that "couldn't possibly be removed" according to the technician back in 2008 came out readily with Jeff's handiwork this go-around. He left stain lifting powder on multiple tough stain areas which had to sit for about 3 or 4 days. Once completely dried, I vacuumed up the powder and the stains were nearly completely gone. I wasn't expecting brand new carpet and had a reasonable expectation which was exceeded with his work. Having to "walk around the powder" for 3 days was kind of inconvenient, but well worth it in the end. The carpets still look fantastic and feel great too. I would definitely hire this gentleman again! I only wish he lived closer to my primary house so he could do the carpets there, too.

After choosing Mr. Harvey's service from Angie's list I was skeptical that anyone could live up to the totally positive acclaim he has received. Well, he lived up to the hype. He is a true southern gentleman. He was very professional and explained everything he would do and what the charge would be before he started. He did an excellent job, and we were totally confident in handing over our Oriental rugs to him to be cleaned. We will use him again once we move into our new house.

Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners was top of the line. He is so professional and thorough. He is reasonably priced. I recommended him to several friends and they all said that he was great. He bends over backwards for you. He explains everything before he does it and his finished product is very good.

Arrived on time. Did an outstanding job. We have used a franchised "Steamer" in the past; Jeffery's cleaning was much more thorough.

Due to the trauma my young dog received when I suddenly had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance, she messed in several places on both my living room area rug and our new bedroom carpet. We called Jeffrey, explaining how small the job was, but urgent, he said he could help us. Within a day or our call, Jeffrey came and completely cleaned the area rug and spot cleaned the new carpet in the bedroom.

Called last week based on finding him the best on Angies list, he called and asked if we wanted an estimate, I said no as based on his reports he was the best to use. He called late this morning and asked if he could come early as he finished his first job early. He arrived about 12:30 and finished up a little before 3pm. Wow what a job, we have had carpets cleaned before but this was the most extensive and best ever and the carpets are practically dry already. he was very professional and personable, if you need carpets cleaned he's your guy. Since we are new to the area and can get into all kinds of problems using contractors that you don't know we decided that Angies list would be the safest way to go. Also we like to use the smaller business men as service seems to be better. Well after 4 various contractors in the last week we are very pleased withour choices. They were all super service providers!

Cleaned my oriental rug. Did a great job!

I called Jeffery and left a message for him about cleaning a 12x12 area rug and a 5x8 area rug. He returned my call the same day and told me what the prices would be depending on the material that the rugs were made of. He came to my house as soon as it was convenient for me. He gave me 10% off for finding him through Angie's List. Because the size of my home is very small, he cleaned both area rugs outside in the sweltering heat which also allowed them to dry faster. These area rugs had a ton of dirt and fur from my 3 very large dogs as well as strong pet odors. When Jeffery finished cleaning, the rugs ended up looking better than they did when I bought them! The rugs also dried quickly and they smell terrific!

I called Jeffrey after seeing all very good reports on Angies List. I gave him sizes of the rooms by e-mail and he gave me what it would cost. when he came to clean the carpets he went room to room and measured to get the sq. ft. of the total area to me cleaned. he asked if we wanted to clean under the beds and some furniture. We did not, he deducted the area of that from the total footage to determined the price. He explained his process and showed his equiptment and how it worked. Jeffrey was very respectful of our house placing corner protectors to not damage drywall. He left blocks and sheets of plastic to put small furniture on while the carpet dried. He said to call him in ten days if we wanted him to return if we were not satisfied. We did not feel that was necessary.

Mr. Harvey arrived early, after calling to give me a heads-up. He went right to work, moved everything out of the way himself, was very careful of all of my things. The job only took about an hour. When he left, he gave me explicit instructions about the drying process, explaining the reasons why wool rugs take so much longer to dry than nylon. He left two giant fans, one directed at each rug, to help speed the process, telling me he would be back within a few days to retrieve his equipment. When he planned to return, he first called to let me know. I was away from the home that day, but my husband was here, working in the office. Mr. Harvey suggested that the fans be put on the front porch so he could pick them up without disturbing my husband further, which was done. I found Mr. Harvey on Angie's List, and highly recommend him to anybody reading this report. I will certainly call Mr. Harvey again.

Nothing else needs to be said. Suffice it to say, I saw him on Angies List, called him, he came and did a great job, and I will use him again. He's an asset to Angie's List. Thank you.

Jeffrey is amazing! He is always prompt to respond to my requests for service, is extremely professional, punctual, and does a wonderful job. My grout is still clean from when he cleaned it two years ago! My sofas were very dirty and embedded with cat hair from my pets and he got them looking like new again. He is a true find and his prices are very reasonable for the service he provides and the results you get from him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Did an excellent job, protected other floors and doorways. He measured the area when he arrived and found it smaller than we had told him on the phone, Therefore the cost was less than his phone estimate. Happy surprise! On time, very pleasant to work with, very polite & careful. We will have him do our next cleaning.

I have used them before. The work was fantastic. The owner, who completed the work, was on time. He made sure all the stains were treated to the best of his ability. I have used someone else before and I was not as happy. He took extra time to make sure no walls or surfaces were damaged.

Mr. Harvey cleaned all of my carpet in my condominium unit including a natural fiber area rug. He did an excellent job and I could tell he takes pride in his work. He is extremely thorough. He also cleaned my sofa recliner and it now looks like a new piece of furniture. I will definitely use his services again.
