Mr. Harvey was very professional. We had a misunderstanding about one room, but he was totally responsive which made me like him even more, and he prompty addressed my concern and returned to complete that room. His work is excellent and I would definitely use him again.

Jeffrey arrived on time. He kept me informed on arrival time which I found most courteous. He arrived with all equipment ready since he had been here earlier to estimate the job. He wore booties and placed corner guards at every corner of the doors and walls where he would be working. Jeffrey worked diligently and steadily. He explained everything to me as he worked including problem areas and what to expect afterwards. I have nothing but praise for the ethics of Jeffrey and his handling of the job. Jeffrey is knowledgeable and most professional. I have been a homeowner for more years than I care to admit! Jeffrey is by far the most dedicated service provider I have ever hired. He takes a great deal of pride in his work.

Awesome!!!! Jeffery promptly responded to my original call and we agreed to a date and time for the cleaning. Mid day ttoday he called to say he would be delayed and asked if that would be a problem. A time was set and he called when he was leaving to come to our house. He arrived on time and got right to work. The cleaning was done quickly and our carpet looks great. We will call him for any cleaning we need done in the future and recommend his company when ever we can. Along with doing a splendid job he is very personal and friendly.

Showed up on time and did a great job. White sofa came out spotless when he finished. One of the rugs is a silk synthetic shag that several other companies refused to clean. Mr. Harvey cleaned it with no problem. He was very professional and considerate. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.

When he arrives, he vacuums the rug, the he puts blocks under all the legs of the furniture, he then pretreats the whole rug, then he does all the edges before starting the main area. Once finished he rakes the rug to bring up the pile. The job is so good, and the rugs, for 10yrs old look brand new.

After securing Jeffrey's name on Angie's List, I called and he returned my call promptly. We arranged an appointment for him to perform the carpet cleaning services on a Saturday, as the moving company was scheduled for the following Monday. Jeffrey Jr arrived on time and went right to work. He did an excellent job and was careful to place a protective shield under the legs of all furnitire that was already in the house. He also left shoe covers in case anyone had to walk on the carpets before they were dried. Jeffrey is very polite, concientious young man. We would highly recommend his services.

They got here right on time, did the work quickly and at a very reasonable price.

They are absolutely excellent. They did an area rug for us, they took it and brought it back and helped us put it back in place, helped us move a king-sized bed. I have complete confidence in this company and we'll probably have them come back to clean grout and tile and also some rugs in our office. They are prompt. He is personable. The work was excellent where the carpet came out quite much better and very pleased overall. Their price is very reasonable. The service included taking in, bringing it back and he didn't charged us extra for reinstalling it.

I contacted Jeffrey Harey by telephone, he got back to me promptly and came to the house to do an estimate. He was very thorough, answered all my questions clearly, gave me lots of advice on carpet care and answered further questions which I emailed later. My carpets are well used and and were long overdue to be cleaned. He gave me realistic information on results to be expected in one or two areas of the carpets and on a stain on the upholstery. He emailed his charges which I accepted, he let me know that he doesn't take card payments, how long he estimated that the job would take and we set a date for the work. He and his assistant arrived on time to do the job, there were no unexpected problems, they finished within the time frame, and I was impressed by how efficiently they worked. I am delighted with the excellent results on both carpets and upholstery which exceeded my expectations. I will certainly use his services again and I have had no hesitation in recommending Jeffrey to my friends.

Jeffrey took every precaution to not make a mess anywhere in our condo with the equipment he brought in. We are very pleased with the way the carpets look and the contractor we hired to do the job!

Arrived on time, went over what areas we wanted him to do, went right to work. Used mats on tiled areas to ensure that nothing was damaged. place plastic bumpers around furniture that wasn't being moved, also on wall corners to protect from scratches / marks from equipment hoses. Pre-spotted soiled areas. Jeff did a great job, very satisfied and will use his services again. Recommended him to friends and relatives because i'm sure they'll be as satisfied as we are.

Contacted Angie's List for a recommendation and after the reviews we chose Jeffrey Harvey. He was punctual, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone. He cleaned the carpet for pet stains, safeguarded the tile floors, wore shoe covering to protect my carpet and tile. Carpet dried within 24 hours and looks wonderful.

I recently purchased a 40 year old home that had been vacant for almost 2-years. The tile grout in the kitchen, entry hall, and both bathrooms looked as though it had never been sealed or cleaned and was quite dark and dingey. I found Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners on Angie's List and contacted him. He was extremely polite and professional in every encounter. He made an appointment to visit the house to inspect the job required, take measurements, provide a written quote and we set a date and time for the cleaning. On the morning it was scheduled, Jeffrey contacted me in advance and I told him a plumber was scheduled but was running late. As we would not be able to keep the Plumber from accessing the tile areas that would need to be cleaned (during the cleaning process), we agreed to postpone the start time for the time cleaning. He showed up when re-arranged and as the Plumber had run late, I re-scheduled his time to the following date so as not to cause further conflicts for either professionals access to the needed areas. Jeffrey told me that due to the condition of the grout and that it had not previously been sealed, he was concerned as to how effective the cleaning would be, but he would try if I was willing. He took a couple of hours and spent the time necessary to do the job right and the tiles and grout looked 100% better than before the cleaning. We had previously discussed sealing the grout this time and while he was prepared to perform the service, he advised me that I could purchase the same product he would use and told me how it is applied and said if I wanted to seal the grout it would save me quite a bit of money since he would have to quote based on the amount of grout concerned. He provided me the name of the product and where I could find it. I was able to save quite a bit of money by doing this and appreciated his honesty in providing this option to me. At the last minute, I asked if he could also clean the tile & grout on my front porch (exterior at front entrance) and he was willing to do this and the increased cost to my original quote (without this task previously quoted) was very reasonable - and again the results were a 100% improvement! I would not hesitate to recommend Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners for tile & grout cleaning and intend to use him to clean our carpets as soon as we're to that stage of our move in.

This is the 2nd time he came here. The first time he did such a good job we asked him to return.Last time was just about a year ago.We have two small spoiled dogs, who have no respect for carpet or money. This time we moved no furniture.Jeffrey returned the carpets to their almost original condition. Hire this guy, you will not regret it.

30 Year old carpets look great again!!! Jeffrey Harvey was very prompt at returning phone calls, emails and texts! He quickly set up an appointment for an estimate and then promptly contacted us with some available appointment times. This was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had on our carpets. I was amazed at the sand he extracted with a pre-cleaning vacuuming with a high power commercial vaccum cleaner. Then he went around looking for spot stains and asking me questions about what I might know about what caused the stain. He is like the CSI of carpet cleaners. Next he used a carpet cleaning machine that was able to connect to his truck four floors below. The results are nothing short of AWESOME! Our 30 year old thick pile cream colored wall-to-wall carpets look young again. He was able to remove stains from old brass furniture that had made green spots, remove dark tracks that had been made over time from people tracking in black-top sealer from our driveway and a million unidentified stains made by generations of children. I highly recommend this carpet cleaner!!! He even left us with shoe covers to wear until the carpet dried. I highly recommend Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners.
