The service --GREAT. Moved everything out to be as effective as possible. The wall to wall looks and smells great. The people -- Nice, thoguhtful, planned out the steps needed to accomplish what I wanted. Worked through pricing before starting everything so I could evaluate the cost of service versus replacement. Asked about usage of the space in order to make certain that the services were appropriate. I would use them again in an heartbeat and they will be the first ones I call when I have a need.

Jeff called several times to confirm the date and time and again the next morning to check on the weather conditions. He arrived even a few minutes early (with our permission) and set up his equipment with great care and detail including corner bumpers to protect our walls. He treated several problem areas with some special product and gave us explicit instructions on how to further protect our carpets. He was most polite, thorough and helpful and did a very professional job. I would not hesitate to call him again or to recommend him to anyone. In addition, I learned that he services Shell Point Retirement Homes and that is one fine recommendation! I will definitely call Jeffrey in the future. He is a WINNER!

Since the first call I knew I was going to use him to clean my sofa. I was that impressed. Very professional and detail oriented. Was very punctual for both appointments. The day of the cleaning he was very careful of not soiling the house and he did an incredible job on my sofa and pillows. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know and will use him again in the future. I have to say that I wish I could find more business owners that take so much pride in their work and have such great work ethics as Jeffrey Harvey does.

called for an appointment, set up the date and time. When the date arrived he was on time, did the cleaning service with complete professional service. He moved the furniture, replaced the furniture and placed plastic carpet saver under the legs of the furniture to prevent any stains from the metal tips on the furniture. I would highly recommend this service if you want to have carpets or tile cleaned.

Jeff was very knowlegeable and courteous. He called the night before to confirm our appointment and showed up the next morning exactly on time. He covered all the floors that were not to be cleaned and showed great attention to all details. I will definitely use his service again.

Jeffrey did an outstanding job cleaning two large oriental rugs. He removed both rugs from my house and was especially helpful in lifting and moving the furniture necessary to accomplish this. He was punctual, extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely refer Jeffrey to anyone with oriental rugs to be cleaned.

I contacted provider for an estimate to clean a leather recliner. He quoted me a fair price, but warned me about probable unsatisfactory results due to nature of stains & material on recliners. I appreciate his being so candid.

Very prompt response to my request for an estimate. Estimate very reasonable compared to other companies. Excellent prep of rooms and furniture. Used corner protectors all around the house. Mr Harvey was nice and really professional. He arrived on time. Since we didn't want to move furniture, he made sure to protect all the corners, nothing was damaged by water. It was like he would not have been in the house, except that all the carpets were cleaned! I'll use him again.

Mr. Harvey was very professional. He contacted me the night before to give me the approximate arrival window. He told me he'd call me when he was leaving his previous appointment, which he did. We live in a high rise condo so getting his equipment up to our floor was something of a challenge. He cleaned my oriental rug and the traffic areas in 2 bedrooms. He did a beautiful job. I can't recommend him enough. He did the best cleaning job I've had.

The bedroom carpet came out nice and clean! We incurred an issue of fabric marker bleed thorugh on one of the arms when the sofa was cleaned. Jeffrey returned several times at no charge to attempt to remove the red stain, which was caused by a red marking pen used at the factory. The factory was not willing to assist us with the issue so we contacted an upholstery repair company. They removed the sofa covering on the arm and the stuffing with the marking from the red marking pen. I contacted Jeffrey yesteray, he returned my call promptly and came out today to remove what was left of the stain as it could no longer bleed thrugh the fabric during the extraction process. Jeffrey returned a total of four times to resolve this issue for us and would not accept any additional payment. We appreciated Jeffrey's persitance and professionalism during each visit. I would highly recommend his services. We will be using Jeffrey's services for all of our future cleaning needs.

Jeffrey arrived as promised and set up his equipment. He cleaned all of the furniture with tools to remove any surface dust, etc. He then sprayed a cleaning agent on all of the furniture. The furniture was then steam cleaned very carefully. The results were remarkable. Every thing looks brand new. Jeffrey was very professional in all respects and I would recommend him to anyone requiring cleaning

This is the second time we have used Jeffery's service. He showed up on time, covered the floor under the chairs and did a GREAT cleaning job on the chairs. I will use him in the future and highly recommend him. In addition to doing superior cleaning he is pleasant, prompt and courteous.
