Description of Work: I first used Jeffrey Harvey Certified Cleaners last year after finding them on Angie's List. The good reviews I saw convinced me to give them a try and they did an excellent job. I kept Jeffrey's card and called yesterday and he was available today. Prompt service! I only have a small area of carpet in three bedrooms but we have a wonderful dog - who is a little h****** the carpet. Jeffrey did a great job again - spending extra time on the tough areas and getting them all remarkably clean. I also had him do a cleaning on my dining room chairs - and they look great as well. I highly recommend this company. Great job at a reasonable price. Professional and efficient.

Description of Work: Could not be more pleased. The price paid was for picking up eleven oriental style rugs of various sizes, cleaning, returning, replacing on the floor and in addition cleaning carpet in 2 bedrooms, stairs, hallway and large walk in closet. He was prompt, professional and polite. Past cleanings have never resulted in this level of satisfaction and had always cost far more.

Description of Work: Jeffrey was recommended to us by our Home Watch man. He came the day after I called for an estimate, wore sock covers on his and his helpers shoes, measured all rooms, and gave us a resonable quote, explaining he could do after we left for the season and that he only cleaned traffic areas, not like under the beds. He agreed to move small furniture and put protection under the items he moved back. We had 3 bedrooms and a large closet cleaned after we left. the Home Watch man and also our Realtor told me he did a great job. He emailed me the bill the day he did which was one day after we left for the summer.Great job and will use again!

Description of Work: Jeffery is the best craftsman we have encountered. He takes great pride in his work and does an incredible job at cleaning. We thought new carpets were in order but he spent about 4 hours working on stains and got them all out. Our carpet is like new. Best experience yet.

+ -1 moreFrom the very beginning, which was returning emails over Memorial Day weekend, Mr. Harvey was very prompt. He took our estimate and gave us a very reasonable price. His emails were very professional. On the job date, Jeffrey and employee Joey showed up at the scheduled time. Everything about them-from their van, to their uniforms, the mats and coverings they layed down, the corner covers, and the standing pads for the furniture, was very professional. They took care of any spot we pointed out, and found some on their own. They cleaned, did not over-saturate the carpet, deodorized, and then raked the carpet back into normal appearance. Jeffrey even saved us money and was about 90 dollars under his quote due to his opinion that we shouldn't clean under our furniture as it would just be cleaning dust. We would highly recommend Jeffrey Harvey company for anyone with carpeting needs.
Description of Work: Mr. Jeffrey Harvey and an employee by the name of Joey came and cleaned our carpets. They cleaned our "great room" as well as our master bedroom. They moved our dining room table to clean underneath. They also went over spots with a special powder. They covered up corners and provided booties for us to wear. They also "raked" down the carpet to allow for a regular appearance.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, were very polite. Looked at the stains and pre-treated them. They took their time and moved whatever I needed to be moved. My carpet got vacuumed very thoroughly, pre treated and steam cleaned. I was amazed that the edges got cleaned, I have never seen my old carpet cleaner do this. The worker seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest about their work. They told me from the start that there is a chance my red spill might not come out all the way. They did such a good job though that nearly all of it came out. I am really happy about their work, since I felt like they really listened and took their time to do their best.
Description of Work: I got my dining and living area cleaned which had some tough stains. My son spilled red fruit punch.

+ -1 moreAs they completed their work, Jeffrey told me that some spots might appear that we could not see currently due to the cleaning process. A few days later, some spots did appear. I called him on a Saturday morning and later that morning he returned my call and came to clean those new spots. Today the carpet looks better than it has in years.
Description of Work: Jeffrey & his assistant arrived on time, cleaned the carpet areas needed, and worked around furniture that could not be moved without complaint. They worked efficiently and professionally. I worked in one room and never worried about them as they worked elsewhere.

+ -1 moreI called the business and was told to leave message so Mr. Harvey could get back to me that evening. He did and we arranged an appointment for carpet cleaning. Mr. Harvey arrived at the appointed time, asked if there were any areas of concern (there were) to show him. He moved the furniture, vacuumed, pre-treated the areas I showed him and also some he saw, and machine cleaned the carpeting in the bedrooms and den. When he was done, he moved the furniture back to its original place with small rigid foam squares under contact points with the carpet to allow the carpet to dry underneath the furniture.
Description of Work: The furniture was moved off of the carpeting. The carpet was vacuumed, pre-treated, and cleaned in two bedrooms and den. The furniture was then moved back and small rigid foam squares were put underneath to allow the carpet to dry.
