Description of Work: Thermostat was not working. 2 technicians came to house. They had NO IDEA what to do or how to do it. They had to call office to find out what to do and how to do it. They needed to replace batteries. Did NOT have any and used batteries I had on hand and then had the nerve to charge me for what they did (not) do. No follow up from office regarding service call. I would not recommend thenm.

Description of Work: evaluated A/C system, cleaned wires w/ mold that were visible, changed the air filter w/ a new one that I had purchased earlier. |Strider was the repairman, a terrific fellow w/ expertise and knowledge that he was happy to share as well as professional thoroughness.
