Whenever the technician comes out and sprays and cleans around the house I get a follow up phone call from the company. We had a problem with ants at one point and they kept coming back until they took care of the problem. There were no extra charges as it was all included in the service charge. It was a hard time to get rid of the ants, I guess there was a nest underneath the house and he would not give up until there were no ants left. It all depends on the technician you get. He seemed to be knowledgeable than the others. This particular technician could exactly identify the ants immediately and wanted to try one procedure first and then if it did not work he would step it up. He kept doing that and that was great. They are very good about letting me know when they come to the house and give me the time to get my birds in, and the animals and tuck everybody away. They also remind me every time not to let the dogs out for an hour. At one time they came and I was not here so they called on the cell phone and asked when they could do that just for us to bring the birds in. Price wise we are happy with the service. As for punctuality there is no set time when they come. They are not really scheduled a certain time. I will continue to use them.

I had this company for several years. At first they said I could not get out of the contract until I paid the full amount. They would call and tell me what day and time the technician would come. If I called and requested a different date, they came at their time not mine; thus not being able to get in to do the garage and lanai or any place else, except the outside. I had to recall many times. Their prices kept climbing and althought they said they sent me a notice of price increase, I never saw one. Just the price increase on the bill. I will never use this company again.

Placed call with this company to have outside, newly constructed screened in porch sprayed for ants. They were made aware that the technician should use extreme care as the landscaping was literally just completed. Needless to say, the technician looked for the easy way out, installed Spectrecon termite devices into the root balls of the newly planted landscaping, brushed aside all the mulch and generally left broken plants and a unsightly mess. NOTE: Myself and Landscaper contacting company for follow up and resolution. I can not recommend this company at this time. UPDATE: Company corrected all damages to my landscaping and have sent the regular tech back to preform services. Raising Ratings.

The technician shows up on time, walks the property and cleans cobwebs, etc and then sprays the property as needed. At the conclusion of his visit, he provides an invoice describing the service and (if necessary) bringing to my attention any problem areas. Overall, I am very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this firm. I find them to be much more organized and efficient than any other provider and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They are good. Their quality of work is good. I would use them in the future.

Overall service was excellent and I have begun annual service which costs about $111.75 per quarterly visit. I purposely waited two weeks after service to provide this report, and have found no ants visible in the home, or evidence of roaches and other pests. I recommend HomeTeam Pest Defense to anyone who needs to treat their home for pests and bugs. I am a retired military member, and appreciate the effective extermination of vermin and pests which threaten my home.

We subscribed to an annual contract for pest control over the phone via credit card. We called in the afternoon, and had someone service the house the next day. They set up a 2 hour window and showed up on time. The technician did an inspection, reviewed the insect issues we had, and treated the inside and the outside of the house over about an hour. He removed wasp nests, etc. He warned us we'd see dead bugs for a week, to keep the dog off the sprayed areas until dry, all future quarterly applications would be outside only unless we had a problem, and to call if we had issues. Our small dog (13 lbs.) was fine. We did find lots of dead bugs (ugh!). We've been bug free since. It worked where every past hardware store treatment had failed.

Very good company to do business with. They follow-up and although we prepaid, they are dependable. They guarantee their work and will come inbetween scheduled service if we have any problems (this is included in the annual fee).

We have been extremely pleased, as the last 2 pest control companies either would forget to come or whose products were ineffective. Whenever I have called, the receptionist is very helpful, informative, and personally attentive. We no longer have any bugs in or around the house, and if I do see one, it is already dead. Very pleased!

Recently they've made some price increases. Before, they would send a letter to notify you that there was a change. Now, I have to find out from the bill they give me after they do the service. I feel they should be more straight forward on any changes. I will continue to use them for future service. The approximate listed is what I pay per quarter.

I don't have any bugs. A couple times I've seen ants in between visits and they come right out to spray. I don't have to be there when they do the work, they just hang the bill on the door. The approximate cost listed is for the quarter.

They come out when they say they will be here. If we have problems in between visits they'll come out without a problem. I don't have to be here when they do the spraying for pests and they'll leave me notification that they've been here whether or not I'm home at the time. The approximate cost listed is for the full years treatment. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.
