+ -1 moreAfter we wrote a purchase agreement on a home in Ft. Myers, our realtor gave us the names of three home inspection service companies in the area. I called all three to get quotes. The first company never answered their phone, the second company had a phone bank answering the phone and they were doing hard selling. When I called Hometeam Inspection Service, Pam immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions. She was very responsive and I thought their prices were competitive. She sent an email confirmation for my inspection appointment. Our inspection was done within a couple days and the reports were done shortly there after. They uploaded an electronic copy of the reports to their website so I could easily download them. Hometeam Inspection Service was reliable and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Inspection of 2 BR ; plus den condo in Bonita Springs, including radon testing. Owner of business went out of his way to squeeze me into his busy schedule because of time constraints I was dealing with in purchase of this property. He was very prompt and completed the inspection in approximately one hour. He fully explained his findings and had his written report ; including radon test results completed the following day.

+ -1 moreI did use them. I was very, very satisfied. He did his job well, did what I asked him to do and I was very satisfied. If I was speaking to Angie's List member I would tell them that I hired them to do a job and they did it well, I was happy. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Purchasing a short sale. I requested home, pest, and wind mitigation inspections. They were on time and three folks were on scene. One guy was inside, one out, and a sub contractor did the pest inspection. All were professional, knowledgable, and pointed out things that they thought I should see or be aware of. I had a fairly comprehensive inspection emailed the next afternoon. I did have to wait over the weekend for the wind mitigation inspection as the individual who completed them was ill. I gave a B on price but only because it hurts to spend so much for an hour and half but seems to be the going rate so.... Overall, I appreciated their service. I would recommend them.
