They are not giving me monthly statements. They are not providing me with original receipts on the materials they purchased. They are not providing me with a breakdown of material and labor costs. They did not notify me when a tenant had not paid rent for 5 months. On the bottom of the statements they send me it says every tenant is current and they are not. Now they are refusing to communicate with me at all.
Description of Work: They are supposed to collect the rent and provide me with a written monthly statement. If there is a problem they are supposed to contact me. They are supposed to oversee the management of properties and keep me apprised of what is going on. The company that they use for repairs, Home Improvement USA is also owned by them.
