Extremely professional/honest and had best prices, very rare combination! My wife and I made sure by researching the major review services even before we got started, that they were highly rated. We had the pleasure of working with Renan, he was always just a phone call away. Renan encouraged my wife and I to be part of the layout process for our countertops, so we could be part of maximizing the beauty of the veins, in our chosen slabs. Pricing wise, we got several estimates, their price came in as the lowest, even with them offering a tier 4 granite as opposed to the competitor’s tier 3, (side note, there is a substantial beauty and pricing difference between those two tier levels). The fabricator & installers who came into our home where on time, and carried themselves in a professional manner, and genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. Also HB Granite they own the pieces of granite they display, as opposed to the competitor having a piece on hand for display purposes from the large granite wholesaler in the area, big difference when it comes to consistency between slabs for larger jobs like ours.

Very easy company to work with from sales, to fabrication, to installation - all very accommodating and professional.

They were all great to work with. They walked us through every process and gave suggestions when they were needed. They saved us a lot of money by using one slab. I would defiantly use them again.

They were nice and did the job. They were very prompt. They were very professional, did their job good and cleaned up after they finished.

Was not easy. they had to redo one piece due to a misalignment ofr cabinets in one kitchen and did not charge extra.

Cut it through granite and composite granite sink. Done in less than 10 min. Made faucet installation easy.

Fabio came out and measured right away right after we called him he was great ,he explained everything and wanted us to go to his shop to look at the granite .We went and picked out what we wanted we met with Alyissa and she was also great she showed us all the slabs of granite ,we picked out what we wanted .they went over and made a template and then they made our counter top. They came and installed and did a great job everything looks great we could not be happier I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone

They were professional in their work and the pricing was good.

I was very happy with them. I didn't need a big piece for the counter in the laundry room. They were very helpful in showing me remnants that they had. This was a lot less expensive than having to cut it out of a full piece. The work turned out perfect the way we wanted it. They was here when they said they would be. There was something very impressive they did. There would have been a large gap in a spot and they fabricated a piece out of the granite to fit in that spot. The installers are very good.

Absolutely one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. From sales, granite selection, fabrication and installation everything went perfectly. Everything was done on time and most importantly the product is magnificent. The granite counter tops look amazing, far exceeding my expectations. Highly recommend this company without reservation.

Al and Patricia were wonderful! Al came to my home with samples & gave me a free estimate. He also has samples at his office. Out of 3 estimates, Al's was the lowest. If you want to work with a courteous & professional company HB Granite & Marble is for you.

Sale, fabrication, and installation all went well. Rodrigo, our sales rep, was very good with follow-up after the sale, as well.

The selection process went great. Lauren showed us so many beautiful slabs Choosing was the hardest part. The template measuring went well. Jessica kepted us informed. Everyone showed up to work at the times we were told. They installers worked hard and did a great job.

We ended up going with another provider based on price. They were competitive, but when remodeling, we had to watch every expenditure. If I need countertops in the future, I will definitely call them again.

We stopped into their showroom on October 18th and Monique assisted us. After we discussed what we were looking for and provided some pictures on similar granite style and colors, Monique was able to show us a few slabs that were onsite that other customers had ordered. As it turned out there was enough of the granite we selected available from that order to complete our job as well. We also received a free new sink as an Angie's List member. We scheduled the installation for November 5th. They called on Monday to schedule the installers for measurement. That occurred on Tuesday. They called two days later for me to come in and plan out exactly what sections of the granite would be used for each piece of countertop surface. They then called on the following Monday to see if they could install on October 30th. As I already had appointments scheduled for that day we agreed to keep the appointment for November 5th but I stated I could be available for installation on the Thursday or Friday if they were able to move another customer to the Wednesday appointment. They called back on Wednesday and we agreed on installation for Thursday, October 30th. I was the first appointment of the day and they were there before nine. The installation took under three hours and was perfect. I don't even notice the seem that is in the center of our sink. The installer also grouted where the backsplash meets the granite with grout we had on hand. He mentioned when he was out to take measurements that he could do that if we had the grout. He also offered to install some round molding under our snack bar if necessary so I bought that too. However, the round molding was not necessary so I took that back to the store. They did remove the kitchen faucet but do not reinstall. We had to get a plumber for that which cost another almost $300. That seems to be the standard in Florida due to codes. Overall, this was one of the best experiences with a home improvement project that I have experienced and I would highly recommend this company.

Top notch company. Great people from beginning to end. Rodrigo my sales person was very polite, personable and most importantly helpful. I will be a customer for life based on my dealings with every person I worked with. Sammy and Lazarus were very professional installers who treated my installation as if they were doing it in their own house. Most importantly my wife was very impressed and happy. Happy wife happy life!

Great service and estimate was right on. Counter went in with no problems. We are very pleased.

They were excellent. Everybody in the office staff was very courteous and helpful. They completed the job yesterday. Since we didn’t get a lot of other estimates, I cannot say if their prices were a high or a low. They had some problem in their previous job so they did come a little late but they finished the work promptly. They were right on time before the work when they came out for measurements.

Our tile installer recommended that we contact HB Granite for an estimate. Fabio and Denny came out the following day and took some preliminary measurements and provided a quotation. We visited the show room and met with Eunice who was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We picked out our granite and sink and scheduled the install. The install went extremely well. Both of the installers were professional and worked very hard. They took extra care when removing the old counter tops and cleaned up after themselves . The resulting installation was excellent. We are very pleased with all of the staff we met. We highly recommend them
