H2O 911 Restoration

The owner posted a trailer for sale and advertised “whoever comes with the money first, get’s it”. I drove 45 mins, stopped at the bank, got the cash, park right in front of trailer and out of the blue a person shows up hand the money and he says, sorry I gotta give it to him because he came first (with no money) and just came back. I was already there WITH the money. This makes me think this owner is not trustworthy!! He have no word for what he says.!!! Watch who you trust!!!

Great! He even recommended a different soap for my floors.

I used this company several years ago, and I am beyond thrilled that their dedication to customer service, professionalism and "doing the right thing" has remained as incredible now as it was then!

Very effective cleaning made tile look new again.

They removed damaged drywall and trim, took care of the mold, replaced the drywall and trim and painted everything. It took a few weeks but I wasn't in any hurry. A lot of the work involved very high ceilings and stairwells. Jeff B. in particular did a very nice job. They were neat and cleaned up afterwards. Everything looks like it did before the hurricane.

They were on-time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

Ended up being more than the 400sq. ft. All the traffic areas. Two nice young men came worked about 2 and a half hrs. Angie's List { H2O} has more than one deal out there. One just clean the tile and grout and one clean the tile and grout and reseal. Make sure you get the one you want and need. I was glad I asked if they resealed because they were leaving and it wasn't resealed. They didn't know that was the deal I signed up for. They resealed and I was very happy with the work when it was dry. Looks great.

• Based on an Angie’s list recommendation, I contacted Dry Zone/ H2O 911 Restoration. I was told: o they are experienced with cleaning grout o they use a heavy-duty clear sealer, not the standard material used by other companies o they estimate cost based on number of rooms o they will clean and seal my tiles for $384 • When the guys came to do the job on 7/27, they said: o the standard sealing material is only good for 6 months to one year o they doubted that they could get my grout clean o the only solution is to use the upgraded color sealing which would bring the cost to over $1200 based on a measurement. They emphasize that a measurement was a requirement, which is different from original information. • I told them that I think this is egregious bait and switch, which causes me to lose faith in the company

Geoff was 1/2 hour late, no problem traffic is a bear in the morning. He never checked the attic crawl space. Walked around the house taking measurements. We had to continually call to find out the estimate. Then after several calls we were told they were referring us out.

The carpets looked so much better after they arrived and, months later, our tile is bright white and gorgeous. We would definitely hire them again.

Fabulous! I thought I had some permanent stains in my carpets. They removed them. The carpets dried quickly unlike the national chain that overcharges and underperforms. I will always use this company.

Even though the tech was late due to traffic, (not a problem), he did an excellent job and they did 4 rooms for the price of 3.

They’re excellent! I’m a repeat customer, I’ll keep using them forever. They’re the best! After purchasing the deal, they came out within a couple of days, a week, something like that. I don’t remember. Scheduling was really easy, they’re very dependable. They were very careful with the furniture and stuff. They took the time they needed to do it, they didn’t rush through it.

I think the technician dented my fridge with his wand and have been trying for six weeks to have him to come back with his equipment to see if that was the cause. H20 911 keeps slow rolling me and only responds when I reach out to them. I have asked 3 times to have the tech return with his equipment but now that it's been more than 30 days, Angie's List said my service guarantee no longer applies. I have cancelled my Angie's List subscription and will use other service provider services in the future.

The team arrived on time and were professional and courteous. Carpets and tile was cleaned fairly well although they could have done a better job in the corners. The machine could not reach into the corners but they made no attempt to manually clean them. My only complaint/caution is that they tried to charge me over $200.00 to clean an area rug. (they cleaned the same rug last year for $40). Luckily I had my receipt from last year and they honored that price. If prices for cleaning area rugs have really increased this much, as they suggested, I will not be using this company in the future.
