I can't begin to praise this company enough. Gary came early and once he checked the unit he was not happy about an UV light system that was installed by Bruno Air. They had installed the transformer incorrectly and illegally. The way they had done it, it could have caused a fire, short circuited out my system,or even worse, seriously harmed someone working on it or near it. He reinstalled it the correct way and didn't charge me a dime. He did call the company to tell them about it and their response was that it was no big deal. Green Mountain Air takes care in their work, customers, and really do care about the customer. Would highly recommend to anyone and will not use any other company in the future!

They were great. They did an excellent job, fair price. If I ever have any trouble, just call them and they answer right away and they help me out. It was punctually. The workers were very good.

They come every year. I have a service contract. One person comes to do the service and it takes oh maybe 30 minutes. My first impression of them was excellent.

They will be installing a new system soon.

Job required pulling wire and relocating the thermostat. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommend. Very fair price. It was not a half hour job. It required a number of trips to the attic. Not my favorite place. I will consider Green Mountain in the future.

Great company, will recommend to eveyone needing air conditioning, either new or to be serviced. Workers very clean, friendly and did a great job in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Green Mountain!!

The old unit quit working on Monday evening. They responded to my call within a half of an hour. It definitely needed replacing. They were here Tuesday morning as promised installing a new one. They were as neat as possible and cleaned up everything when finished. Even washed a couple of fingerprints off the wall. Nice and polite individuals.

Everything went very well. They covered floors, used the most direct route to minimize traffic over our carpet, and cleaned up very well. At my request they removed the old condensing unit first so that I could replace the wood deck boards under the unit with Trex boards. They were very careful in their removal of the old air handler from the attic, and caused no damage to the walk-in closet or bedroom. The technicians were polite and considerate and completed the installation in about 6 hours. We are very pleased with the entire project, and would recommend them to anyone.

Discussed beforehand. Asked him to also check the A/C system which was quite old. He showed me the interior of the unit==filled with mold--asked him for a price to replace unit--accepted the price and work performed well and with warranty and one year follow up service free. He did not try to sell me anything and was glad to close up the unit after he installed the ultraviolet light Service guy was excellent and everything went smoothly
