From the beginning, the owner was totally responsive to the timeliness of the project and communicated to me regularly. The project took about a week to complete, and was done to perfection. The crew were very professional and worked constantly, and I was really impressed by the level of detail that went into the job. No doubt that I would use them again. GREAT WORK!

Our home has older awning windows that both hubby and I love. The problem was they were not opening and closing well anymore. We were both have trouble with the windows so we looked around for someone to either fix them or replace them. Right from the very first phone call, Nikki and Rory were awesome! It is hard to find a company that returns calls, arrives on time and completes the job within their stated timeframe and budget. We opted for repairing and they did such a great job. I cannot recommend a better company for window repairs. We know that our old windows will not last forever but Great View enabled us to get a few more years of use before needing to replace them. Rory was very knowledgeable and courteous.He did the work in a timely manner and was careful with our plants.Nicki also provided timely call backs and because the glass had a special radius at the top it was a special order.This added a little extra time for installation.
