Gotcha Covered

Called Gotcha Covered and a woman answered the phone and requested a price for installing the top and my Solara convertible. I had purchased the top on Amazon. She stated it would be $400 and I agreed that price. This was confirmed by my wife who heard the conversation. I drop the car off But there was no sign that they would not take a credit cards I return to pick up the car and a rather loud pudgy elderly woman had a sign in front of her stating that that payment was cash or check no credit card cards. She asked me where I got the convertible top and I stated on Amazon. She asked me the price and I said $500. She then stated that the price was now $600. She demanded a check or cash. I stated that she had told me the bill would be $400 and she denied ever saying 400 dollars There was no state tax and no receipt.The ethics of this woman who appears to be in charge were abominable I would never do business with them again and would advise anyone not to seek their services. Great work at a very fair price done within the promised time. There was one problem - the interior domes lights did not work after the job was completed but they fixed the problem without hesitation.
