Description of Work: I paid for the extended warranty on 3 appliances that I bought from good deals, I called them to repair one of those appliances, They sent a repair man to my house after a week. The repair man said it was there policy to not bring any parts with him but to seewhat the problem was and thengo back and order the parts and when they come in then schedule another service call. It has been 4 weeks and my appliance is still not fixed . Larry Thompson |
