Description of Work: We have approximately 10 year old single hung PGT vinyl windows which needed some refurbishing and as it turned out some hard to come by parts. Steven George, President, came to our home and we did an inventory of exactly what each window needed. He got on the phone with a PGT representative and was able to secure the needed parts (window has been discontinued). There was one part that we didn't know we needed until the work ensued on his second visit. Steven suggested canabalizing it from our garage window which is never opened. We did this and it worked fine. He could have said let me see if I can get the part and then a third visit would have been necessary. He is going to get the part and just drop it off so I can replace it on the garage window. Two of the windows required some cutting and retrofitting which Steven did without a hitch. Would highly rececommend this company.
