Geek Squad - Best Buy

They were great. They go wherever they are needed. They came right out. They were on time. I think that their price was reasonable. I would use them again.

I was having trouble downloading some applications and he helped me with that. I couldn't scan and I still can't scan. I tried the instructions and it didn't work. I just didn't call them back. I think it's my fault.

I waited on the phone and I was 35th in line. When I spoke with the specialist on the phone, he referred me to the store and said it was something inside of my computer. When I went to the store, they told me I had to make an appointment. I also wanted them to install Microsoft Office, but they told me they were too busy to do it and referred me to call in and someone would walk me through how to do it over the phone. This has all happened over the course of 3 separate incidences.

I had to choose another one after awhile because they couldn't fix it. They make you feel like a dummy. I haven nothing good at all to say about those people. We didn't have to spend anything because we were under contract.

The above statement says it all.

The washer was cheaper than it was at other stores. The salesperson went above and beyond and she checked to see if the washer was in stock. She explained their delivery schedule and that deliveries are made within a "window of time". They delivered the machine but not the pedestal because it was not in stock. They will come back and deliver it later in the week.
