What I mostly disliked about it was when you have a problem with an appliance you have to fill out pretty much the model that it was, what your approximate problem was, which was fair enough, but when the guy came out to diagnose the problem he was about 2 hours late and I had to take an extra half day of of work for that and he was not able to fix the problem on site because he did not bring a spare tube with him and he didn't bring a table to put the unit on. So I had to wait another week for him to actually repair it and I had to take another day off of work. But as far as I'm aware of he fixed it and it works fine.
Description of Work: I used GE Factory Service to repair a microwave that blew out and they charged about $300.
