+ 1 moreSee above. It didn't go well at all! I wanted it to work because Freddie was personable, and has a good business thing going, but he's unable to supervise his guys.
Description of Work: Freddie and his wife Alina told me they would do lawn maintenance, mow lawn (I don't have grass - I have sand), trim the palm trees and bushes, remove leaves, remove debris, plant my requested bushes, bromeliads, and more. They didn't need to mow the lawn - because I have no lawn. They did not cultivate border areas that could be lawn, or manicured. They did blow the leaves - into my other plants! They finally trimmed the bushes (only when I complained) - with ugly "flat-tops" ! They chopped down my beautiful flowering Oleander Tree which blooms reached my patio eye level - cutting it down to a 3 foot stump! When I would sit in my window of my study, I could see the workers (not Freddie) arriving in their psychedelic truck and trailer promptly at 2:10PM weekly (unless it rained), jump out with blowers and blow leaves out of my shell driveway (driveway appeared very pristine actually), but blew the leaves into my thick, prized bromeliads. They didnt remove overgrowth, e.g. creeping elephant ear vines, or brown or falling palm fronds. I don't have grass (I have sand), so they didn't need to "mow the lawn." At 2:12 or 2:13 they (2 guys) jumped back in the truck and left. When I talked to Freddie (he was very nice and personable, as was his wife) I told Freddie I documented everything each week, he said the guys told them I had "gone back up North!" My car was in the garage so they assumed I had left for the summer... and decided not to work.

Description of Work: Excellent service. We have had terrible problems with lawn care providers. Freddie has changed the look of the community from neglected to well maintained. We have his crew come out weekly for regular lawn, weed and trim. He also has trimmed all of our palms and will soon be doing the Mangroves. He's the best I've used in years!

+ -1 moreFreddie's is the fourth lawn sevice we have had in the last 10 years, and is by far the best. They arrive promptly on the assigned day and leave the yard neatly trimmed and maintained. They perforn all services specified in their contract and have often provided additional minor services on request at no extra charge. The cost figure provided is one-quarter the monthly service charge.
Description of Work: Weekly grass cutting and trimming, hedge and bush trimming, tree maintenance.
