+ 1 moreHe is an Angie’s list must have. He calls back within the day. Arrives on time and completes the work in the time he says it will take. We have never had to clean up anything after Paul. He leaves our home as clean as when he started. Paul is a man of integrity, honesty and genuineness. He is an extremely skilled painter and goes above and beyond. Would not hire anyone else to do our painting. Paul is a keeper.
Description of Work: Paul has painted our homes for the past 10 years. He’s painted both inside and out. Our entire home (3,000 sq feet), walls, ceilings, Lanai, garage walls and roof cleaning.

Description of Work: Complete interior painting of 2 bedroom/2 bath house ( 2 coats). plus wall paper removal and skip trowel finish to the former wallpapered areas; puttied, primed and caulked; painted all new woodwork, casings, doors, crown molding; painted exterior rear window trim and storm door.

+ -1 morePaul Daniels is the owner. He was totally thorough. He was absolutely as thorough as one could get. There was a lot of communication between us customers and the contractor. He was nice and seemed eager to please. He was always looking for our feedback and asked us if it was okay if he did certain things. He wanted to make sure we were happy. He said if we were not happy or if we changed our mind he would come back. The follow-up was excellent. Some people do a good job, get their money and they are gone but he wanted to make sure we were happy. He was very punctual. If he said he was going to be here at 8 o'clock, he was here at 5 after 8:00. In Florida that doesn't happen too much. We would rate him highly.
Description of Work: We used Florida Custom Coatings to paint the exterior of the house. He did caulking, painting and just everything on the outside.
