Chuck came, evaluated the carpeting and returned to do the job. It was done quickly and in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend if you need to have your carpeting restretched.

Went great. Installed two days after ordering - we chose an option that was in their warehouse.

It didn't. Customer service was terrible and I hadn't even purchased yet. Obviously these people were not interested in making a sale which made me wonder what the service would be like after the install if there was a problem.

I was wowed.  Todd came out to look at the job and give an estimate and was able to do the job right away.  They removed all the bedroom furniture, re-stretched the carpet to remove the wrinkles that had developed, cleaned up all their work, and then moved the furniture back into the room.  All was done in a little over an hour.  Exceeded all expectations and we were amazed at the low cost.

We are very pleased with both jobs.  They were helpful with the choice of materials.  Workmanship was excellent and job was done when promised.

I'm very happy with what they did and with the price as well. I checked out with other places and they're at least 1000 dollars more. They're very professional. They help you pick out the right colors and they're very patient with you.

The owner, Jack, carries major attitude. I felt it when I first walked in, but ignored it because I needed some inexpensive carpeting and the store was recommended by my realtor. Purchase and installation was fine except a small portion of the carpeting was not tacked down. No big deal. However, dealing with Jack to get this fixed was unpleasant to say the least. He gave me grief because I called him a month after the installation. I explained that my tenant moved in late and the issue was hidden behind a door which is why it went unnoticed. I told him my tenant, who is my best friend, would call him to set the schedule. She called him twice. I left a message for the installer. A month went by. I called Jack again today. He said this was the first time I called. I reminded him of our previous conversation. He said that wasn't true! He started several sentences with "Listen lady!" Yuk. Yuk. Yuk.

I called in the morning and asked about getting an installer over to move carpet from one room into another. I got a quote over the phone. There was a cancellation that day so the installer was available in 1 hour. The installer and his assistant were there within the hour, scoped out the job, removed the bedroom carpet and scraped up the padding, cut the larger living room carpet and padding close and fitted it to the room. Great job, price and timing. I was pleased with everything and I'd hire them in a minute for future work.

Jack Wise was patient with us when we entered the store, even though we didn't realize they had 1 minute until closing. Jack assisted us in the selection of a nice carpeting that fit our needs for quality and was also within our small budget. We had visited several other carpeting stores and selected Floorz because Jack gave us great customer service and a great deal. The installers were professional and courteous and came back to fix a minor imperfection without hesitation. The whole process was professional and they completed the job quickly and thoroughly. We love our new carpet!

Only flooring company of 3+ that asked my budget upfront and provided options to meet my budget. The owner and his wife were terrific to work with. Other flooring companies tried to steer me towards flooring options above my price limit, no matter how much I tried to explain my price range. The installer Craig was also great. He worked around the schedule of the kitchen remodeler and painter including working on Saturday and Sunday. Highly recommend Floorz to everyone I know. Thanks Guys!
