carpet installation, hardwood floor
 + 0 moredo not trust Kevin Knapp with any promises of good service!!!they are bunch of crooks who even do not return phone calls!! samples of floor means nothing do not expect to get what you orderded according to Mr Knapp i will cover this terrible floor with carpet since I cant pay for new hardwood floor th.is company should be out of bussines fo providing such a lousy work.I am in St Louis and work was done on my condo on Sanibel so icoudnt supervise this project myself they simply took advantage of this situation. They run dishonest fradulent company Stay away from doing any bussines with Floormasters!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: i was provided with samples of hardwood floor and sign agreement.however the floor they installed was low quality with knots and lots of fillers.this was not floor worth 25000..$ for 1300 of sq feet. Kevin Knapp owner of Floormasters offered that for additional 7000.00$ he can replace wood boards with much better quality with no knots or fillers.32000.00 $for 1300 sq feet is alot of money.so I am stuck with horrible floor.I could get really nice carpet for fraction of cost

 + -1 moreFloorcrafters representatives inspired confidence both in store and on site. They were patient and professional. Job cost information was detailed and complete. Installers, Dave and his brother, were talented and efficient. Mirage is very expensive engineered flooring so it was costly we we were provided an excellent, professional job.
Description of Work: Scope of work following Floorcrafters home visit and estimate: Move furniture from 3 bedrooms, remove existing worn carpet including in stairwell, install noise control product (2nd floor of condo), install Mirage engineered flooring and base molding and return furniture to applicable rooms.
