Excellent from first contact through finished job. This was a small job in the busy season but Josh never made us feel any less important than the big commercial jobs his people were working. He did excellent work. He adapted his crews to a our tight travel schedule, communicated clearly at every step and even left us with great recommendations for parts of the job we are doing on our own.

Josh and his team were very professional and respectful. They built a pocket door that seamlessly matched the existing hardware. A wall needed to be removed in order to place the pocket door, and when it was rebuilt, you couldn't even tell that there was a difference. They were also able to build custom shelving in my walk-in closet for a great price. Would definitely hire again!

Josh did a great job remodeling our old sun room. As with any projects as this there is the possibility of the unknown (older house). He handled these challenges openly and fairly. We would definitely hire him again for future work. His workers were clean, polite and orderly.

Josh and his team were incredible professional, punctual and competent. He provided the suppliers and I went to pick out the materials. We are thrilled with the outcome and we plan to use Josh and his team to remodel two full baths in the coming months.

Highly recommend Josh Roberts and Fixation Remodel and Restoration! I first found then when looking for our maintenance man to w/saw to shave off a couple of shelves we bought that were to big. I saw Josh and his crew working on another condo building. I asked if we could borrow their saw, he said we could take it or he could have one of his guys cut them for us! He would take nothing for helping us. What impressed me most was it was at the end of the day and they were packing up. They VACUMNED the parking area where they were sawing boards and tile! I asked for his card since neighbors always looking for contractors. A couple weeks later, after getting a ridiculously high estimate from Lowes to install our bathroom cabinets, I called Josh for a competitive estimate. His prices were very reasonable, so we hired him to remodel our bathrooms, using the KraftMaid cabinets we ordered from Lowes. His crew showed up for the tear out and they closed off the kitchen, dining room and living room w/a "hazmat" style "tent" to prevent any dust from getting SE areas! He even put a zipper in so I could come and go! Amazingly clean and neat! They did an outstanding job on both our baths. Josh is a master craftsman and went above and beyond the call of duty for building out and installing matching cabinet doors on our linen closet! Required a lot of extra time and design to make them work. The project took longer than it should have, but that was not Josh's fault. One of my cabinets was damaged and took a few weeks to remake and ship. Other minor issues, again, not because of Josh. You will NOT be disappointed in hiring this great young man to do your project! Can't say enough good things about him and his work!

Josh and his coworkers are punctual, very courteous, and do great work. They work nearly every minute on the job! I hired them for two jobs. In the first they painted my entire three car garage including the walls and the floor with epoxy paint. They also painted several rooms and cleaned hardwood floors. In the second job they installed 7" crown molding in the great room, living room and master bedroom. All the work was done to at an excellent level, was done on time and at a fair price. They won't leave the job until they clean up and until you are pleased with the work. If you ask them to go over something they will do so pleasantly. Josh is very honest and you can't go wrong hiring him.

Very professional service . Very good information of the client about the progression of the work done. Punctual! Use of top materials. Good finish with the paint. Left the place cleaned up. We are very satisfied.

These walls had subterranean termite damage and had been constructed so lightly that water ingress had occurred during the heavy rains in the Summer of 2013. Josh and his two employees first removed the vinyl siding on both walls. Then they removed the four aluminium windows, the damaged vapor barrier, and the damaged portions of the structural wood frame. They replaced the framing and upgraded the structure around the windows. They installed new OSB plywood over the entire area of the two walls. Then to waterproof the building, the following was done: 1) a trench was dug all around to 6"below the concrete slab; 2) tar paper was installed all around from 6"" below the slab up to two feet above ground; 3) a Tyvek vapor barrier was installed from 6"" below the slab up to the eave and gable. The windows were reinstalled. Finally the vinyl siding was reinstalled and upgraded where needed. They also replaced about a dozen cement shingles on the gable wall. Mr. Roberts came quickly to look at the job after I called to ask for an estimate. He provided me by e-mail with a detailed itemized estimate within a day or so. Work started within about a week. I found Mr. Roberts to be very professional, very straightforward, and very honest in all my dealings with him. His two employees also impressed me by their steadinees and dedication. Mr. Roberts was on the job site working along with them for the majority of the three days it took to complete the project, but when he had to go away for short periods of time they continued steadily and I had the impression from their conversations that they treated the project at my house as if it had been at their own house. While here, Josh also gave me some tips about some of the maintenance issues unrelated to this project that I have at my house. In summary, I highly recommend Josh Roberts and his company.

I hired Joshua to do some work at my Historic Spanish style home off McGregor home in the Historic River District of Fort Myers on an hourly basis. I would not be comfortable doing this much work on an hourly basis with just ANY contractor, but was comfortable with Josh. I am very happy with the work in place, and the process. Josh, his main crew, and his subcontractors were very good at their job, very clean and respected my pets and my home. I would definitely recommend Fixation.

Overall the whole project went according to schedule with only minor delays.
