Fix All Services Inc

The owner Johhnie Pollard ended up putting me off until Saturday. He arrived late but began working on it immediately. I paid a charge of $89 for the service call. Eventually he explained he would need to come back Monday with an assistant. But on Monday he put me off, again, until Tuesday. That meant wet clothes would be in the washer for a minimum of five days and possibly more. At that point, I let him go and have asked Homes Clinic, a highly rated Angie's List company, to help. They agreed to schedule two repairmen Tuesday morning and will charge $59. Hopefully, they will be a much more professional company than Fix All Service.

There was a problem with the unit so we called the within the guarantee period. He came and picked up the unit before the 90 day window had passed and to this day over a year later we still have not been refunded the $375 we paid. To be clear he has not returned the washer drier unit either. Whenever I call and speak with Johnnie he has another excuse and asks why I'm calling. For example last week he was waiting for a deposit to clear. I'm only posting this because I don't want anyone else to get ripped off.
