Pre-architectural designs and sketches (interior and exterior) were quite helpful.
GC quite flexible with respect to altering design.
Construction schedule was published and, for the most part, met. Weather and mechanicals caused minor delays.
GC has excellent rapport with efficient and capable subs.
GC able to negotiate a maze of building codes, explain our project to inspectors and successfully undergo over thirty county inspections.
