Description of Work: Chris made the loan process very easy. I was working from another state and was able to close the loan without traveling to Florida. He was very quick and kept me informed by email. He was always available to answer all my questions by phone. He guaranteed me a great 30 year rate and he was able to provide it. The companies closing costs were very reasonable also.
