Fantastic.....Jay arrived promptly at the set time, quickly assessed our needs, was very professional and provided us a quote by email several hours later. Jason the installer arrived several days later, completed the installation in record time. He was neat clean and a pleasure to deal with.

Paid $90 for the first visit. Didn't have replacement part so came back the next day with $100 replacement part and was charged another $90 for that visit as well. Plus $25 for a new battery made the total over $300. Did a good job but charged twice too much!

Leading up to the installation, the installing came to the house to understand exactly what I was looking for in camera placement and to make sure they understood the complexity of the job. On installation day Jason arrived on time, finished the job quickly and with quality, and made sure I understood the system. Jason also tested the system and made final adjustments to ensure proper operation. 2 days following installation I got a followup call to ensure all was working well. An excellent company.....

We had a simple fix. I pointed out where I thought the problem was and I was correct. He fixed the problem and did not try to sell me on something else or extend time. I would call them again.

Man seem knowledgable but toke over an hour trying to get code in. He was going to come back when I called to get him back I was tokd by one of the other guys that I needed a new pad and it would cost 299.00 I already paid hi for the first call and he wasn't able to fix it. All the contacts worked but he couldn't get code in. I called some else and they came and put code in in 5 minutes, So I wouldn't recommend Expert Security--seems to be rip off.
