+ -1 moreThey did an outstanding job repairing the doors, which were almost impossible to open due to the worn out bearings. The doors, which are heavy, can now be opened and closed effortlessly. They showed up on time and all work was done as promised. I will use this company again.
Description of Work: Sliding glass door repair. They removed 2 sets of 8 ft. sliding glass doors, thoroughly cleaned and lubricated the tracks, checked/adjusted header screws as necessary, replaced damaged wheels with new wheel assemblies, repaired dented tracks, and replaced both sets of doors.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and dependable, and when the painter came down with the flu, I appreciated the fact that they called me first thing in the morning to let me know he could not be there that day as promised. The work was performed exactly as promised 2 days later. The floor looks and feels great. I will definitely use this company again.
Description of Work: Removed furniture from lanai, cleaned weep holes, hand scrubbed floor stains and cleaned concrete floor with bleach solution, applied polyurethane sealant to cracks and completely sealed the concrete floor, applied 2 coats of concrete staining paint. Replaced furniture.
