They came and measured my countertops, gave me quote and told me what their process would be. Then I went to their warehouse and I got to see all of their granite pieces and make my De vision on what I wanted to use. We also walked through their stock and choose one that will go best with my kitchen cupboards. So I was able to feel out the samples and choose the one I love the best and they also let me bring in one of my drawers so that I could get the exact wood finish to match the sample. Then we signed a contract and they stuck to their quote price. They were very timely in their work and the job was done when it was supposed to be done. They did excellent work and I am so pleased with the installation and the job that they did. I would recommend from an installation standpoint, definitely with an A rating. When they came to my hose all counter pieces were already perfectly measured, cut, polished and ready to install. They also gave me a very good price and completely cleaned up after themselves.

We decided to use this company because they were a small local family owned business. We like to support small businesses when we can because my husband was in the trades as well. The marble for the bathroom was in stalled on time, and done well because he had that marble in the shop. The Granite was a different story. I went with him on 2 separate occasions to different granite and stone yards to pick out the product for the kitchen. When it came to instillation for the granite we heard every story about how it wasn't his fault the job wasn't finished. Weather it was family illness, workers not showing up, the bank holding the money or injury there was some reason our kitchen was not finished. He finally told us about 4 months later that he could install the countertops the next weekend. We had to go back up north for a family obligation so that would not work for us. When we returned home the shop was closed, and out of business. From what we can gather he was using our money to finish other projects he over leveraged himself on. He has since reopened under a different name. We have filed complaints with the BBB and the state attorney generals office. We could go to small claims court but we just want to make sure that no one else uses him or goes through this horrible experience.
