+ -1 moreMrs. Julie Valenti from the Equity Appraisal team provided prompt, affordable, professional appraisals on three properties for two dates each. That's 6 reports for $1,300--$217 each. She was very easy to get a hold of, on time, and delivered great reports electronically and as hard copies.
Description of Work: Mrs. Julie Valenti from Equity Appraisals responded promptly to my email inquiries. She gave tentative quotes for appraising three family properties that are part of an estate right now. She gave a discount for performing three appraisals at once and a further discount for two dates-of-appraisal on each property. After two or three weeks of planning (because other stakeholders were involved and the properties are leased), we met as planned and visited all properties on the same day. Mrs. Valenti submitted professional reports a week later and was accommodating for payment.
