Buyer beware. Over promise / Underperform. If it does not turn out and needs fixed you will be SOL. Just trying to save someone else from going through a terrible experience. If you are looking for a contractor to epoxy countertops do your due diligence and stay away from this Company and/or ECU Epoxy Flooring. Which ever company name they are operating under at this time.

**Buyer Beware** They operate of a Facebook page and just block their customers after they do business with them so that they would not share their negative experience. I am glad you are reading this review and wish I did my due diligence before contracting with this company. Initial appointment was supposed to be December 18th, 2021. Numerous rescheduled appointments. When they finally showed up two weeks later they came at 8pm when the appointment is at noon, which would have been fine if they communicate through out but they don’t. In hindsight, now I wish they had never showed up, they did such a horrible job to the point that I wish I can get my old granite back but have no option but to discard of the countertops completely and order new ones (See pics) They promised to come back to fix on January 2nd at noon but then at 3:30pm they call to say they are unable to make it after I have reached out numerous times asking if they are coming. Complete lack of professionalism or care about their customer. Sadly, I was not surprised to receive the call as from previous dealings I had expected it. I asked for a reschedule date and they said we have to wait until we get a new project in your area. I even offered to pay more money just so that they would come and fix their mistakes. I was also yelled at, hung up on, blocked and told that I will be sued when I said I will be leaving an honest review with pictures of what happened. It takes a lot for me to post a negative review since I am a business owner myself but I can’t believe what this company is doing to people. First of all, I had no idea about what metallic epoxy flooring entails! All I knew was the flaky paint coatings. I contacted Epoxy Company USA, to receive a quote for my flooring, because the pictures were incredible! They were able to give me a quote, via messenger and they came out to begin. It took them 2 days and it came out amazing! It’s such a clean and seamless surface! And it feels really nice on my feet! 😁 The durability is awesome and it’s extremely easy to keep clean! We are in LOVE with our new floors! Definitely using them to do my salon, next! (Wanted to see how it came out, at home, first.) Recommend this company, 100%!!!

Horrible. Please do not hire this ppl! When I saw them on social media the job looked beautiful so I was very impressed also I didn’t find a single bad review on social media now I know why the owner will block you! They sit the work and at simple sight looks pretty but there’s a bunch of areas missing epoxy left on the primer paint there’s a hole in the middle of my counter from a bubble. Owner tells me is my fault because the window was opened which let me make it clear they opened it the side of the counters looks like it rained down epoxy! I asked her to come over so we could settle and have this fixed owner responded by trying to sell me a maintenance package like **** I’m going to spend more money on you when the first jobs was ****. She actually walked out because she is pregnant and is not going to deal with any stress! I asked her to have her husband call us which is the artist and he never called us. I’m willing to give an update if owner handles this properly and fixes the issues

Amazing!! They did an awesome job! I would highly recommend them. Very nice, on time, great communication!

The price seemed fair. They showed up smelling like pot, we were told it helps the artist perfect his design. We loved the colors, but there are so many imperfections, we've had to consult 2 other companies to try to repair it. After all this, we're considering scrapping it and going with granite. The black edges from the laminate underneath are all showing through, and there's a whole edge that they never covered at all. When we asked them to come back and fix it, they added a dollop of epoxy and told us to get a car buffing kit and try to buff it out. There's also cat hairs all over it (yes, we have cats). Another company said they should have taped off the ac vents. There's dark lines throughout, we're told it's from the epoxy not being mixed enough. Some of our brand new kitchen knobs were ruined, due to them leaning against the sheeted plastic covering the cabinets. We wish we'd done our research and at least found a local company (this one is across the state but had advertised in our town), as we're now officially screwed.

Been waiting for months, I went and looked at them several months ago they look messed up and was told they would be fixed, I’m still waiting, this is not a legitimate company, I will be filling suit against them.
