Description of Work: Both my husband and I needed new computers. My husband replaced his notebook and I replaced my desktop. The data from the old computers had to be transferred to the new units. Entech handled the notebook transfer at their place of business and a computer technician came to the house to transfer my desktop and connected all equipment

+ -1 moreWe called them about their charges. They quoted us how much it would cost to diagnose the problem and then explained what the cost of the labor and/or parts would be. They were able to log into our computer remotely and find and fix the problem at a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner. We will definately use them again in the future!
Description of Work: Diagnosed and fixed a problem that we were having with our computer with out having to bring in our computer.

+ 0 moreThe installation went extremely smooth. They worked within my deadline and left the place immaculate. The cabling came out exactly like I hoped it would and functions perfectly. I've used them many times in the past and have not been disappointed yet. I will continue to use them for networking, software and cabling projects.
Description of Work: We were moving in to a new building and needed network wiring performed. The previous tenant had destroyed some of the cabling and left in unmarked and used the wrong ends for termination. I met with Jake and one of the technicians. They walked me through the entire scope of the project and made some excellent recommendations of things my computer guys hadn't thought about.

+ -1 moreNever had a virus before, and I was working a project deadline, Paid $75 escalation fee to expedite the repair, and it was still a better price quote than another provider who couldn't even look at it the same day. Very happy with the results, and the staff seems very friendly and empathetic.
